Hi just check the material used from bottom. Really foam, cloth what used is really junk even wood is not great. Local manufactures can do better than this. Really we are paying just for brand name. Go with local manufacturer.It cannot consider as branded item. local manufacturer is far better 1000% better. Attached images see backside of the sofa is not straight, see sticking as well. Never ever consider this as a branded item.Price also not cheapoutside local manufacturer charging 6500 per seat (40 density foam, multiple options in fabric)wakefit charging 38000 per 3+1 seater means each seat cost is 9500 RS/-. (32 density foam)If you guys want to see quality of wood they used and material just turn the sofa and see from bottom there can see quality of the wood as well you can check in local manufacturer wood quality and material quality. I am writing everything with my personal experience.One good thing out of all this things is escalation team response is good. But that won't help much because if product is like this how that helps.If you want to purchase branded product then this cannot consider as branded product.I given rating 3 because customer support expecially escalation team really helpful. Looks great but I am not sure about the quality

The product is very substandard, the seats are not even, there are multiple manufacturing defects like gap between two joints we can see wood and inner material. Size of the two for. Used is not even same , basic geometrical sense is ignored. Customer service is even bad, no response despite of following for almost 20 days on this issues. Also one 3 seater sofa delivery is not done and pending for 2 months with no clear response from customer support , every time we get response that it will come in 10 days...
