Update: I originally gave this company a 1 star rating and am now changing it to 5! I was able to contact manufacturer thru Amazon and they replied the same day! They are sending me a new iron. The iron itself is great . . . really needed one that did not automatically shut off. No other problems with product and I appreciated the quick response from the company. Original I've had this iron for 9 months.....it was perfect until today; it stopped working. I can't find how to contact the company; there is not a website available. Additionally, there is NO contact information on their product box, nor in the instruction manual.

The iron is standard size. It has a small water tank , like usual, and you can spray / steam your clothes a bit extra with it. As expected - good features It does feel a bit too fragile for my liking. I will say, as a backup or for guests this is great. Great price

The ease of use got 4 stars because the temperature dial is underneath the handle. This is also the on/off switch. It is very inconvenient to move the dial. My hands are too big, so I use a finger and move it from the side. You also can't really read the dial. Having a different power switch would make a difference, because I use only one setting. I bought this iron with little expectation. My good, cordless iron has not been located since we moved, and I needed something for making masks to protect against COVID 19. I just needed something under $20 that would work. I'm extremely impressed. It's light weight, and I've not had a problem with the cord getting in the way. A bonus is that you can steam things as they hang. And it's a POWERFUL puff of steam!! Powerful and a bit frightening that first time. My plan had been to give this away after I find my cordless. Not anymore. Now, I'm keeping it.

I hate ironing but I LOVE this iron. It's lightweight but packs a real punch. The steam force is amazing. For the first time, I didn't have to use starch for a clean line.
