Beware the memory foam
Beware: the heel padding is "memory foam", which in my opinion is just another name for "defective foam" because while it feels nice and soft when you first put your foot in, it then just squishes flat and fails to provide much actual padding. I think if I'd tried these in the store I wouldn't have bought them for that reason -- I have hardwood floors and good padding is important since I'm on my feet most of the day. Also, the soles are hard enough plastic that they do go clack clack when you walk on hard floor, so they're not for plodding around light sleepers. But other than that, they're well made, comfortable, and the soles are good enough for short trips outside even on wet pavement or whatnot. They seem fairly high quality for the price. For someone with harder heels and less sensitive ears, they'd probably be a five star...On sizing: I'm usually 8.5 men's with a wider foot, and the "Medium" fit me perfectly. They say on the bottom "US 8-9; Cont 39-40; UK 7-8"

MONEY WELL SPENT
These are super comfortable and I wouldn't be embarrassed to wear them in public. Theylook like a suede dress shoe. I have narrow feet and was worried that they'd be too floppy. They aren't. If you have verywide feet, they may be too narrow. Then again, they are stretchy but I don't know how much. I normally wear a size 10.5 to 11 in dress and tennis shoes. I got the X-Large and wouldn'twant them any shorter because I like my toes to have room. Maybe because my 2nd toeis longer than my big toe. They also keep my feet warm, which was secondary. Comfort came first. I wish I'd gotten these years ago.You could spend more, but you don't need to.I will update this if they start to fall apart or anything, but I don't expect them to. I've hadgood luck with their gloves.

Caused tops of toes to become uncomfortable
I could only wear these for an hour before feeling the tops of my toes burning. Even with socks on, it turns out that the inner top portion near the toes rubs hard against the tops of my toes (right at the bases where they join the foot) and causes redness, tenderness, and pain. I've had many slippers in my life but this pair is the first to ever cause this problem. If you're thinking "well, you obviously bought a pair that were too small," you'd be wrong...they were not too small for my feet - they were a bit large and otherwise loose but not loose enough to slip off when walking. Even the toe box was spacious. However, when feeling the inside upper portion of the slipper there was a spot that was pulled more tight than the rest, and that's right where the tops of the bases of my toes would be when wearing them. A manufacturing snafu? Regardless, they were useless and discarded. I can't recommend these slippers for this reason.

Fell apart in 6 weeks
My husband has moderately worn these slippers for only 6 weeks and they have come apart at the back and on top of the heel area. I am a quilter so I may know a bit more about thread quality than most folks. I think the construction problem with these slippers is the very cheap thread they used. It is a very loose ply and frays terribly so much so I could hardly threat a very wide-eyed needle to try to resew them. Made in China which I didn't bother to check out. Shame on the brand Isotoner for putting their name on these poor quality men's slippers.

No arch support
I have Plantar Fasciitis and Flatfeet. I bought this specifically for arch support to help stop over pronation. I was pretty disappointed that these slippers provided no support at all. The Amazon listing says it helps with Plantar Fasciitis and Flatfeet but the actual packing makes no mention of these benefits. This is just a normal slipper with memory foam soles. I ended up adding arch support inserts into the slippers.

Absolutely Zero Arch Support
I was looking for a snug fitting slipper with arch support. I need to arch support because planters fasciitis is acting up on my right foot. The memory foam is very comfortable, but only a person in marketing could say there is arch support. These slippers gave no more support than being barefoot. However these slippers, I wear a size nine shoe and bought the appropriate sized slipper, had enough room for an arch supporting insole to be fit inside the slipper. So for an extra $20 I have an arch support insole and a comfortable slipper.I like the nonskid sole, but they are noisy on my hardwood floors.Fingers crossed that these slippers will last until my arch is healed.

fits good for now - scratch that! See Update!
I wear a 9 1/2, the 9.5-10.5 fit me ok. I've had them a couple weeks now and they are starting to feel a little looser than originally, which makes sense. hopefully they wont loosen up so much that they come off as I'm going down stairs. If they do get too lose hopefully I'll remember to update this review.UPDATE 2/20/21, after 10 months, I just noticed the seam is coming loose in the back, see the picture.I contacted Amazon to let them know of the slippers coming apart, admitting that they were beyond the return date, but thinking that if i could the seller, maybe they'd do something. They gave me contact info for isotoner - but since they were not bought through their won website they wont do anything. So lets see what Amazon does...

Good value, soft, comfortable, breathable, washable
Very nice slippers. Size XL for my size 11.5 feet, fit well. They are quite light but keep my feet warm. The material is very soft and the foam soles are good. I bought these because they are machine washable. I’ve found that other slippers start comfortable but have limited lifespan due to the fact that they take on foot odour and are not washable. Time will tell us the washable feature is as advertised. I like that these are breathable. Overall really good slipper for the price.

recieved what was obviously a returned item , trust in Amazon now in question !
gave as a Christmas gift and to my great disappointment when opened , the bag containing the slippers had been opened the slippers were not attached to the display card from which they would have hung in a retail store , the holes in the card from which they would have been attached where empty and the cable ties removed therefore i had to suffer the embarrassment of giving a gift which had been in my opinion had been opened , tried on and returned and then sold as new and given as a gift , I now question all items listed as new through Amazon whether they truly are ? to submit i'am forced to give a rating mine is 0 , but 1 is given to be able to submit this review !

Great slippers and have not flattened out on the insides
My boyfriend loves these slippers and has been using them since I got them for him at Christmas. These have held up really well, even through a washing machine, and they are still soft and comfortable. I bought him the x-large and they comfortably fit his size 12 feet. The insides of these havent flattened out like a lot of other slippers I have purchased in the past, which makes them worth the price. As a warning, these are kind of a soft, fluffy material - we have two cats who love to rub their faces on them, and the material here does pick up the hair (Hence the regular washing) - expect these might pick up hairs or lint on the outside, but they can be cleaned.
