Excellent substitute for tuna
Starkist Tuna Creations are excellent, but it was nice to discover Starkist Salmon Creations to get more variety across the week. Both are good additions to lunch menus, and both have good protein content.

Great self ready lunch for emergencies.
Quick shelf stable lunch to keep on hand for emergencies or busy days when time for lunch is limited. I keep a bunch in my work locker with individual wrapped: crackers, olives, cookies, beef jerky, cheese, etc…

Great, if small, pack of marinated salmon
One of the most convenient lunch items I've come across in a long time. Great zesty flavor, good but not overpowering salmon taste as well. The packet is easy to open, and takes up barely any space in the lunch box. The salmon used, according to the labeling is "wild Alaskan pink salmon". The only drawback is that each packet is only 70 calories worth, (74g). This is hardly enough to put in one sandwich, but two packets is a little more than I need. The serving suggestion clearly shows it is meant to augment salads, or to be a quick side to a more substantial meal item.PROS:+ Tasty! Real zesty flavor+ Only 70 calories+ Gluten Free, Soy Free, Wild caught+ 13g of Protein+ <1 g of CarbohydratesCONS:- Small. Only enough for a side if you're an adult- Packaged in Thailand

Great addition to a salad!
A few times a week I eat a salad of fresh spinach, avocado, green onion, tomato, feta, fresh jalapeño, toasted sunflower seeds, and some type meat—usually roasted chicken, but one day I grabbed a packet of what I thought was lemon dill tuna to add to the salad. As I ate it, I kept thinking, “This tuna has such a mild taste and the lemon dill flavor really works in the salad.” The next night I decided to have the same thing and that’s when I noticed it was salmon and not tuna! I use Marston’s San Pasquale salad dressing with it. Delish! Placing my second order neither of my local grocery stores carry the salmon.

Perfect to pack for lunch!
It says I have purchased this pack of Salmon packets 34 times and I plan on purchasing many more! It’s the perfect size to pack for lunch! I eat this everyday for healthy protein packed with omega 3’s from wild caught salmon. It’s filling, low calorie and tasty!

Odd flavor
I didn't like the flavor of these at all. The texture was good and they were perfectly moist, but I can't eat them at all because the lemon flavor is a little chemically.

Give 'em a go.....
Excellent. One of the best StarKist flavors of all those I've tried. And, I'm not crazy about Salmon. Flavor doesn't overwhelm you. Not the lemon, dill or salmon. All blend together to create a very nice flavor. Watching carbs so I eat it directly from the pack. If the cats let me.But, with some whole grain crackers or some such..... it would be "over the top".When they come on sale again, I'll be getting a nice stockpile. Especially since I already ate my emergency stores of this item. And, I thought I didn't even like salmon.
