NGK Plugs fit my 2003 Mercury 115HP EFI 4-Stroke Outboard Perfectly.
They are well packaged with plastic protective sleeves over the business end. When I took each plug out of the box, every one of them was perfectly gapped. They were very easy to install in the motor, which now runs as good as new. Great product for the money, especially since they cost almost twice as much at my local marine store.
