Vitamin E is a miracle drug for your skin. I have been taking the softgels for 25 years. They keep your skin strong and healthy no old age scaly skin. My gal has been taking it for 8 years and had real thin skin, easily damaged. now it is much healthier and thicker and stronger. Everyone should be taking 2 softgels everyday. Really.

Great value. I generally use E caps in lip balm recipes. I also used caps here to apply to my feet after showers specifically to improve the dry and dull appearance that I was having concerning the nails. This cleared up quicker than I could have hoped and I felt this proved the quality of the ingredients.
