Delta Children Deluxe Toy Box, Disney Princess

This is a toy box, which is now full of toys! It arrived in a sturdy box and was assembled easily on Christmas Eve! It is just great! The toy box is a great size, it is very colourful too! I'm truly happy that I found it on Amazon! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!

This arrived with a hinge missing. My daughter contacted the manufacturer and they said they would mail the missing hinge. We waited 4 weeks and nothing arrived. Contacted manufacturer, they said oops, it must have got lost in the mail and they have no more of those parts so we are out of luck. What a pathetic company!

I can't believe what I received. If I buy a new product, I expect it to come in good condition. This thing is full of nicks and the paint is chipping off already. This should have never been shipped. It's not like I just got one bad piece, I also ordered my daughter a toy organizer, same company l, and that also came all scuffed up. My daughter of course fell in love with it and she's a toddler, I know she's going to ding it up, so that's why I decided to keep it and it was cheap. It was also horrible to assemble, the pilot holes were drilled crooked inside the trunk and I struggled to get the spring piece attached. Ended up stripping one of the screws. I was going to order a chest and toy organizer for my son's room, from the same company, it was just outer space themed, but not after this.I will be telling all my mom friends and family members to not purchase this brand. It is adorable, my daughter loves the princesses, but it's not worth it and I wouldn't want to support a company that can to this to it's customers. So please learn from my mistake and don't buy anything Delta makes.

I purchase this for my granddaughter birthday which is tomorrow 5/28 I am very disappointed first of all 3 of the AA screws are too thick for the BB bolts, therefore they are sticking halfway out. Second issue is the latch DD screws CC are not screwing all the way therefore when I open and close it makes a long noise . I actually follow a assembling video on YouTube it supposed to be so easy to assemble but it took me 1.5 hours and it’s not assembled correctly it’s all crooked. I am very sad that I would not be able to give this present to my granddaughter I order it back in April and I decided to assemble it today 5-27 I’m so sad that I can 😢 cry. I will be contacting the company tomorrow. I can’t believe that I was so exited because my grand baby name is princess and I got her the princess box. Beautiful design, smaller than what I thought, too bad the screws are not fitting correctly. And my 23 year old grandson was the one putting it together, he said if the screws were made the right side it would of being assemble in 10 minutes. I am very very disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase too bad I couldn’t give them a zero star for Ruining my present for my baby princess. I have to go to look for another gift for her tomorrow morning.
