Is the service good when there is a technical issue?

Livepure service sucks. My Livepure filter is out order for a week now, and there is no sign of any servicing person. Either their phones are switched off or they don't answer. The call centre is clueless. Trust me, it's a nightmare.

yes free installation. but we have received defective product and had 4 times defect in a month. think twice before purchasing it.. not at all recommended.
