Die Lieferung erfolgte im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung schon nach einer Woche. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem koffeinfreien GU Gel Erdbeer Banane und salzige Wassermelone sind sehr gut: Beim Halbmarathon am letzten Wochenende habe ich einen Beutel nach 40 Minuten und noch einen etwa 4km vor dem Ziel eingenommen. Schon nach wenigen Minuten hatte ich spürbar mehr Kraft in den Beinen und einfach ein besseres Laufgefühl. Der Hunger, den ich verspürt hatte, war Geschichte; und es schmeckt auch noch! Ich habe schon einige Marken ausprobiert und hatte meistens mit Magenproblemen zu kämpfen. Das ist überhaupt kein Thema mehr, seit ich GU nehme. Bei mir kommt für Marathon und Halbmarathon kein anderes Gel mehr zum Einsatz. Einfach super!

This tastes amazing! I got this for a 100km walk I have coming up and needed something to give me energy throughout the walk. This has a lot of important nutrients needed for events like this where a lot are lost due to sweating and burning calories. Overall better than I expected. Would buy again. The packaging, the taste, the purpose they are serving, etc. I highly recommend these. 24 is enough for my 24 hour walk.

Bought a whole box without having tasted it first (my fave salted caramel was unavailable) and had no idea what salted watermelon would taste like but it's not bad, not as sickly sweet as some other gel flavours can be.
