BEST NIGHT GUARD EVER!!
I have been a nighttime teeth grinder pretty much my whole life, and while I can’t afford to get professionally made night guards, these are absolutely wonderful! They’re very easy to mold to your teeth, and as long as you follow the instructions they end up the perfect size.I have tried many other night guards, and these are the only ones that I’ve found that protect my teeth, stay in place, and don’t get a literal hole ground through them in a week, I’ve had a pair for like 6 months before I finally had to replace it!I definitely suggest brushing them daily once you take them out, and I use denture cleanser once a week for a deeper clean. These are easily the only non-professional night guards I will ever use!

The most comfortable over the counter guard I've found!
I both grind and clench during my sleep when I'm really stressed out. Previously I had been using The Doctor's Advanced Comfort Night Guard, but did not use it regularly because it was not comfortable at all. Like most other night guards on the market, it is very large. Like, I could not even close my lips around the guard, and I have fairly large mouth. And, while the Doctor's does mold to your teeth, it does not cling to them. So even on the nights when I would try to use it, after fighting to fall asleep it would eventually fall out during my sleep as I tossed and turned, and I'd wake up and have to hunt it down in my bed sheets. Just a terrible experience.I started looking at getting a professional guard from an online distributor when I stumbled upon the Lunaguard. I was skeptical but thought heck, I'll give it a try. It's more than twice the price of the Doctor's but well worth it. It is so thin and feels very similar to my retainer that I used back in high school. Like others said, it did take some experimenting and a few tries to get the fit right, but it wasn't too difficult. And it is so comfortable! I fell asleep right away on the first night of using it and when I woke up I thought it had fallen out - nope, still snugly in place, it was just so comfortable that I didn't notice it at first in my half-asleep state. My teeth feel so much better already after one night's use, not being abused by grinding. I wish I had found this product years ago. I highly recommend to anyone who is an active grinder but can't afford a professional guard. This thing is amazing!

Comfortable, Flexible and Helped Me Stop Clenching
Would recommend this product to anyone who grinds their teeth or clenches. My teeth were killing me from clenching and I IMMEDIATELY felt relief after using this mouth guard. It’s small, flexible and easy to mold to your teeth. It’s not bulky or uncomfortable. The only downside I noticed was it has holes in it, so it can be hard to clean after a few months of use as it gets build-up in the holes. I use a retainer cleaner and toothbrush to clean it the best I can.

LunaGuard SUX!! Don't Buy it. Hard as a Rock. ZERO Stars. Wasted $33.
Terrible product that provides no relief for night time grinding. The product headline says "Comfortable Mouth Guard" and the first bullet point says "Absorb-X Technology utilizes a very unique, moldable thermoplastic material to diffuse and absorb grinding forces, helping to protect the teeth from the pressure of grinding or clenching associated with bruxism..." It might help protect the surface of your teeth but it's not doing anything to provide comfort or relief from your (TMJ) jaw pain. After you mold it, it cures to a rock hard consistency. It also created a noticeable suction on my upper teeth so it felt like they were being pulled out. I put it on about an hour before bed to get used to it. The only thing this so-called mouth guard does is lock your teeth into place with a thin, rigid separation between upper and lower teeth. Having your teeth so rigidly locked into position is not relaxing for sleep. Grinding is a motion back and forth that requires a material with some give and take to cushion the grinding. I'm going back to my sports style mouth guard that has a little thickness and rubbery consistency for shock absorption. I just trim it carefully with scissors along the front upper lip until it fits well enough to wear to bed and sleep with it in place. LunaGuard is a terrible product and is going in the garbage, and I wasted $33 because there's no returns for this very, very dumb idea of a teeth grinding protector. I wish I hadn't listened to my dentist. I guess it could be worse since the custom guards at the dentist office are much more expensive and I hear are also hard as rock. If you think biting down on a thin fitted rock will help with your night time grinding, then LunaGuard is for you! Seriously, put a couple of LEGO blocks in your mouth and bite down–that's what it feels like. It's the white one on the right. The translucent one on the left is my trimmed sports mouth guard.

Thin and comfortable, difficult to fit
This is the best nighttime dental guard ever. I can't stand the thick guards and have a crazy sensitive gag reflex. This takes a lot of effort and patience to get it right, but persistent fitting makes it great. Coming out of the hot water, clear is kinda floppy but looking in the mirror, focusing on a center point constantly pressing and shaping it upwards with clean fingers while your tongue is doing it's part on the inside results in a thin wonderfully comfortable guard. Bite firmly but not through the material and hit water here and there is good for touch up. I've gotten good at this as my dog steals it if I don't put it away. Too expensive to replace often so I've learned my lesson. Once set I look forward to putting it in for the night

Fit and durability
Quite surprised at the thinness of this mouthpiece. Fit was generally easy if you followed the instructions. Little bit on the cumbersome side to fit into your mouth during the molding process. I had to reheat it numerous times to get the fit correct. Do not let the mouthguard get too tight on your teeth during the fitting process. It becomes even tighter after it has hardened. Due to the thinness of this mouth card, I don’t think it’ll last too long
