I have to place a jar underneath else my counter will be soapy so its a leakage issue, plus it stopped working within three months.

The product looks nice and foam's perfectly (using foaming liquid), but it doesn't hold the soap liquid as the dispensing outlet keeps leaking the liquid even when not in use.

Mine stopped working after few months from the purshace.. It’s showing that it's 100% charged but no soap is getting dispensed and even no sound is there.

This is a great product and I’m so glad I bought it I’m actually going to buy two more: one for my kitchen and one for the sink. The first one I bought, I use for my shower, as it helps reduce the amount of shower gel I get through.Just FYI, the instructions are very limited so here’s my advice:1) Charge the device to 100% first.2) Whilst it’s charging, stick the mount to the wall where you want the dispenser to sit.3) Next, add approx. 100-150g of liquid soap to a 500ml water bottle, then add 150-200ml of water. Shake the bottle to mix well and then leave the bottle with the top off so that the bubbles settle.4) Once the device is charged, remove the plastic stopper and carefully pour the soap mixture into the device, before replacing the stopper.5) Side the device onto the mount and voilà!Such a good investment!

Even though the product looks nice, the nozzle gets clogged very easily, replaced the first purchase, the second one lasted for one fill, after refilling the nozzle also clogged and the sensor stopped working totally. wouldn’t recommend.

i placed soap inside and it keep mixing soap and air so it is not efficient but for looks it is good

its been 9 months since i started using it, working very well and as described. No issues. Recommend it
