Works well as pre workout, people are complaining about the sharp taste, best way to reduce that is add half a bottle to 250mls water or to 500mls water. That’s reduces the sharp taste and works perfectly the same. I normally just add half bottle to 500mls water then I’m good to go!

Honestly didn’t expect much from this and I was surprised how much energy I got, the taste is pleasant, good price, just don’t take for a late night workout it’ll keep you up at night.

The kick comes after 15 min and lasts for about 30. Probably it’s more efficient if you haven’t eaten just before taking this. But if you don’t eat 1-2 hours after the shot you might get dizzy.
