The description states: Bulb Features: Standard Ra 80, uniformly render lighting without flickering.Note the last two words in the quotation above from the description: "without flickering."These bulbs flicker A LOT. You may not see it if you're looking directly at a particular bulb, or at a fixture containing several bulbs from a distance, because the cone cells in the center portion of the retina respond relatively slowly to changes in light level. However, when I look away from the light fixture, the more rapidly responding rod cells in the periphery of my retinas definitely see the light level flicker. I tried these in an under-counter fixture that currently has halogen bulbs spaced about 10" apart. I noticed the flickering immediately when I flipped on the switch 10 feet from the fixture in which I installed the first three bulbs. When I got to within about a foot of one bulb and stared at it, the flicker of the adjacent bulb was very pronounced and obvious. By flicker, I mean the brightness seems to cycle from dim to bright and back again at a very rapid rate, probably the power line frequency of 60 cycles per second. I should also point out that I was not controlling these bulbs with a dimmer, just a regular on/off light switch.They fit my fixtures, and the color and brightness seem OK. But the flicker is a deal-killer, because I was hoping to leave these on during the evening to provide some low-level lighting for the kitchen and family room, without using as much electricity as the halogen bulbs I was hoping to replace consume. The amount of flicker these bulbs have would be very annoying, though.

PERFECT LIGHT BULB! I just bought two lamps that came with cool LED bulbs and I hated the look as it was very cold looking. I replaced them with these bulbs in the “warm white” and they’re perfect. I can’t attest to how long they will last as I literally just put them in but I’m very happy with the “warmth” of the light. The second photo shows the warm white bulbs in the left lamp and the cool led in the right lamp. Very happy! And they fit perfectly.

Bought these to install for my light under my over the range microwave. They are great. I have two light levels (low and high) and both work.

I received the product and installed it the same day. I am using it for an over the range microwave oven hood lights.Description:It looks like the photo. What I didn’t expect was it is encased in a clear silicone. We will see how durable this will be.Pros: the light is soft, brighter and more pleasant than my previous led light.Cons:The blade is not thick enough to seat securely. It falls out. I manufacured a bracket to hold the light in place so it stays lit.One of the lights broke while i was trying to force it to seat. My fault but something to be aware of.

A HUGE improvement over the hot halogen bulb that came with my new bathroom light. I couldn't be happier. (Plus I didn't need to wear gloves to install them like you need to do with halogens). I have no flickering and was able to find the brightness and color I liked.

They are working just fine. I’m not sure about the longevity, but I’ll update when I know.

About 25% didn’t light from the start. The rest worked for a few months then became very dim. Very disappointing, I would not buy these.

These bulbs are perfect! They stay cool while light is on, which means this light can stay on indefinitely. I will buy these bulbs OVER AND OVER AGAIN!
