Perfect for safe co-sleeping
Bought this bassinet for my daughter as I didn't like using the Uppababy bassinet and stand (too small). I LOVE the drop down side so I have easy access when trying to soothe or put her back to sleep. It secures to the bed with straps which makes it very sturdy and safe. You can easily unclip it and move to another room which is a nice feature. There were complaints in the comments about the "mattress" being foam on a board.... which is it, however it is soft enough and I don't have an issue with it. The tilt feature is a treat for reflux. Finally, it comes with a travel bad and packs down super easy once you get a hang of it. When travelling to see her grandparents we can easily pack up her bassinet and bring it with us which means she can sleep in a comfortable, familiar environment. I'm considering buying a second and leaving at my parents ad I go there once a month, thats how much I like this bassinet.

Skip the name brands and buy this- you won’t be dissapointed!
I was nervous about buying this bassinet at first being that it didn’t have a ton of reviews, however because the reviews it did have were mostly good, and I loved the ability to raise the head a few degrees for babies with reflux (my first had this and I always worried) without having to use some sort of unsafe wedge, as well as the pull down side for easy access to baby, I decided to give it a try.I am so so happy I did! I sold my fancy all the bells and whistles halo I had with my first, that was almost twice as expensive, and bought this. Zero regrets! I hated the halo for a few reasons. One, the “easy” to push down side to get to baby was not easy to push down at all. Two, the base was huge and bulky. My husband and I frequently stubbed our toes on it. It also had a swivel feature to get in and out of bed easy, but that was not the case. You had to have it positioned against the bed just right for the swivel to be in a favorable position to do it’s job, and even then, when you swiveled it off the center post, the bassinet would hang a little lower to one side or the other if the post wasn’t directly centered. Hated that and probably at times made baby feel like they were falling. Also, the thing was super heavy and hard to move, not to mention the base was huge and couldn’t really fit through a standard door frame. And don’t even get me started on all the bells and whistle buttons the halo had that stopped working within a month. Don’t ever buy something like this for its electronic features, you will be dissapointed. Needless to say I loathe the halo and am glad I got rid of it. Wish I knew with my first what I know now and saved the wasted money! Now most importantly, why I love this bassinet. It is light weight, easy to set up and take down if you want to travel somewhere with it. At first when I was taking it out of the box and thought to myself hmm this is kinda light, I worried it wouldn’t be steady and could be tipped easy (I have a curious 2.5 year old at home, and we all know it only takes one second for an accident to happen). But I decided to get it out and set it up and give it a chance, if it seemed too unstable I could always return it. I was very impressed once I set it up. Not tippy at all. My daughter had woken from her nap shortly after and low and behold the first thing she tried to do was climb up/get a peak in this new thing in her home. The bassinet didn’t budge. One concern checked off the list. Secondly, I loved how easy this was to move from room to room, the base just fits through a standard door frame, and it moves really quite smoothly (I have wood floors and short fiber rugs, so as far as carpet I cannot comment on ease of movement). Third, that roll down side is amazing! So nice to have the ability to “almost” bed share with my baby, because that’s how it feels when I can look over and she’ll be right there. Quick binky pop in the mouth, bottle feed while laying down easily, pull baby out easy to breastfeed, the list goes on. That little roll down truly is genius! The thing is great! And there aren’t any sharp edges to it when the side is rolled down like another similar style bassinet I had looked at that had more reviews had issues with. As far as safety, you attach the straps to the base of your bed, and then they have clips that secure it to the bassinet that are well made. The bassinet doesn’t budge when secured to the bed. I think probably the biggest reason I bought this one over similar ones on the market, was for the anti reflux head lift feature. My first child had reflux as an infant and I had tried everything, even bought a little wedge to elevate her head and chest to combat it. As a nurse, here to say those little wedges ARE NOT safe, because if they are not positioned right under the infant to start the incline at the babies bottom so that the babies full back is on the wedge, they could pose an asphyxiation hazard if baby isn’t positioned right or slides down on the wedge. I was very neurotic about checking babies placement when we used the wedge as I knew this wasn’t the safest, but we were desperate for some help with her reflux. With this bassinet, problem solved! No need to worry about a wedge or it’s positioning for safe sleep, and this bassinet will only let you elevate to the amaerican academy of peds safe specified height of I think 10 degrees. This festure made this specific bassinet stick out to me and that was the deciding factor in my bassinet research on why I decided to purchase this bassinet. Don’t be turned off by the “off brand” name, it really is a great bassinet! The only issue I can see others having is that it doesn’t lift very high. This wasn’t a problem for us, as my bed is on the lower side, but could be for others. Best to check the height measurements against your bed to see what you think of the height. Either way, I love it so much that even with a higher bed, I think I would try to find some way to make it work, or let it be a bit lower. As you can tell, I love this thing! One last thing of mention, the mesh doesn’t extend all the way down to the bassinet mattress which did concern me some if when baby is older she somehow gets rolled over with face against it, but I did a little breath check of my own and the fabric isn’t too heavy and seems quite breathable, so i didn’t let this worry me too much (coming from an anxious mom, but then again I will also be using an owlet so that gives me peace of mind too). I spent a lot of tIme researching bassinets after being dissapointed with my halo deluxe, so I thought I should probably share with you being I love it so much! I hope this review was helpful! So happy
This is exactly what I was hoping for! I’m so fortunate that baby settled well in the bassinet because we have used this everynight (and some naps) since day 3. the mattress is soft enough but very sturdy (saw some people complained mattress wasn’t soft enough … I think that’s sort of the point.. either way baby doesn’t complain). Got the biloban sheets and mattress cover and they fit like a glove. Baby is now 3 months, 12.5lbs and still feels safe and solid… still has lots of room in it. I have absolutely loved having baby right next to me as a first time parent. Our bed is quite low and the shortest position JUST fits so if you have a really low bed measure it to make sure it works! I’ll miss the day she is to big and wiggly for this bassinet!

Love it
I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on something that was only going to be usable for a few months, kids grow fast! This fits perfectly by the bed, the adjustable height makes it easy to use wherever you need it.While recovering from a c-section it was nice to have LO at the same level as me. The zip down panel made it so I didn't have to do unnecessary bending and streching to get to LO.It's easy to move, need to take a shower but still anxious about not being able to fully see your baby, that's fine, move it where you need it.I'm very happy with the quality for the price, assembly was relatively easy, I did it myself while 8 & 1/2 months. One downside is that since the mattress pad is so large it's difficult to find extra sheets that fit, but not impossible. It comes with one, but let's be honest, you don't want to wash the same sheet and wait for it to dry before using again.

Wonderful!
This item has seen us through two babies. Very easily collapsed and stored...and super easy to pull apart to wash. Our firstborn spent 6 months in this bassinet in our room our second was a bit chunkier so she was out of it after 3 months, because it does "teeter" if they roll to one side. But they are safe in it!
