B Station - Bass Preamp/D.I.

This DI box sounds great and really helps to shape the sound of my bass. I found an inexpensive bass on another site that I used directly into a PA system. This pedal really helps to shape the sound and add the punch that I was looking for with a passive pick up instrument. I've compared this to another pedal at twice the price, and it's a great option.

They did not send the pictured version with the bones graphics. Luckily, I prefer the black and green professional one, so happy accident, but that’s still not cool to send a different version than pictures. Someone is probably going to like the bones graphic and then be disappointed they got the black and green version.The eq is boost only. I really only eq for inadequacies so, it’s not a letdown for me. But, people who want a preamp for more than DI should be warned. Hotone doesn’t make mention of that anywhere that I’ve found. The drive is awesome, you don’t lose any low end and it doesn’t make you sound like a guitar. I’m still figuring out the compression.
