this is my second bottle of the 365 cordyceps, I've been taking them daily, and have helped with overall energy levels as well as increased energy during the gym cardio sessions. any supplements should be taken daily and used for AT LEAST 2 weeks to BEGIN seeing/feeling the effects

This is a fine option for daily cordyceps consumption. I try to keep this variety and some other functional/nootropic supplements within my chronic illness daily regimen and would consider reordering these. Okay value. No noticable taste or swallowing issues, no smell or sensory icks, and the capsules arrived filled and sealed. Perhaps not as noticable re improvements in energy or mood, but worth a go.
