Don't buy it
The parantha are 0.5mm thin and water heating them on pan, they become papad which can't be eaten.Please don't buy this. It's total waste of money. The tastes is full of chemicals/preservatives. You won't even know if it's made with wheat flour or something else.We took 40 packets on our international trip and really bright back 30 of them.
