The Budget Sauna
The sauna I really want for my house is $6000, but being a college student with bills to pay I can’t necessarily afford that. I wanted something to take my pain relief and weight loss more seriously. The product is honestly better than expected. It’s easy to assemble, simple to operate, and it gets HOT. My brother and I have been using it and we stick to the first level (P1) and stay in it for 20-30 minutes. However, it does go up to 60 minutes and the temperature goes up to level 9 (P9) which is said to be about 149 degrees. But don’t play “Mr. Badass.” Know your limits. The purpose of a sauna is endurance, not how hot you can go because you will get lightheaded.I can’t speak for the storage/folding option of the sauna because I leave mine set up in my shed completely assembled, but there are some minor cons of the product.1.) The first right off the bat is the chair. It’s super small, simple, and probably can’t hold a lot of weight. But the thing is, the company realizes that. They put this in with the sauna to make it a complete set so you can start using it as soon as you assemble it. So in the description they recommend you do get your own chair which was honestly no big deal to me. I’d rather them keep the price down than try to construct something I’m just going to replace.2.) The remote feels quite cheap but I’m grateful for it. It does work but you have to be really close (like 2 or 3 feet from the machine) and have to point the remote directly at it.3.) This is a con on the customers part: cleaning. The sauna does come with a sweat mat and after you’re done that thing is completely full of sweat. But after your session you may be too exhausted to take it out so you might leave it in there until your next session and when you do, it’s going to smell like pure ass… Just be sure to change and wash the mat and I’d also recommend getting some towels or something else to supplement the mat.Overall, if you don’t mind this little buggaboos, I think you’ll be very happy with your purchase like I am. Highly recommended.

Nice but zipper doesn't last
First, I have contacted them and they are sending a replacement part . So, I will update this once it arrives.First, overall this works. I usually plug hole in top with my head and poke my head out when I get too hot. It gets hot enough and functions like a real steam room. The bad part is that the zippers are cheap and did not last for me. I used it approximately 4 times per week. But, the zipper split and there is no way to reset the zipper as you would a jacket for example. In fact, unzipping and re zipping only made it worse and I had huge split gaps. Functionally, all the hot air escaped and it became unusable. I contacted them and they said to expect a replacement in a week or two.Knowing now how much I like it and how well it works when the zipper is functional, I think paying for a higher quality zipper would be ok by me. How much could it cost?Lastly, I wish there was a way to wash it in a machine. I don't believe the metal rings on the frame are removable or I couldn't figure it out. No one here seems to have been able to wash it. After awhile, hosing it out isn't adequate. But overall, it has been a lifesaver. If the manufacturer upgrades the zipper, I would give it 5 stars.

The Steam = Amazing, The Rest, Not So Much...
I absolutely love the ability to within about 15 min (including pre-heat waiting period) have a portable steam room in my home. Dim the lights, put on some spa music, add some Eucalyptus essential oil...it's definitely not like sitting in a real steam room but it's still pretty amazing and very affordable. That being said, the construction is awful and I really hope this thing lasts longer than it looks like it will.- Remote control works 50% of the time at best.- Metal frame can come apart while trying to fold it up.- Folding chair is pretty pathetic and the ideal size for a 5-year old girl, also doesn't have a way to stay open and easily closes when you shift or get up. I ordered a waterproof bamboo shower bench and a waterproof stadium seat so I sit on those instead.- Zipper is already catching in one spot...concerning...- Steamer had heavy mineral deposits after first use...I'm not convinced they weren't there before because I used filtered water.Additionally, I am very annoyed off at the seller for not uploading a video on how to fold it up. The instructions are confusing and pictures don't help that much.If you are the seller/manufacturer reading this:1) PLEASE UPLOAD A VIDEO SHOWING HOW TO FOLD IT UP PROPERLY!2) I would seriously be happy to pay 2-3X as much or more for something that is of much better quality/construction and seems like it could last a lifetime instead of potentially falling apart within a year.

pretty easy, customer service very slow, but it he sauna does the job
Well it was missing the little plug on the lid and they say 6 wks later or more they’ve mailed it. I must’ve sent 10 emails before someone replied apologizing over a months time. So I had to rig it myself so I could use it. It gets very hot. It took me a few to get up to 30 minutes at full temp! It’s very simple. I live alone so I don’t need to take it down being I use it a lot but it appear easy! It’s very light. Motor where water goes has a handle for easy carry. Remote is tiny and fits in the pocket on side and I’m able to stick my phone in there and tv remote. Yes u can sit And watch tv or text w your hands out the arm slots lol. Love it! It was confusing to set up as the instructions aren’t great so I did have a few blondie moments but as long as that plug shows up for lid this wk I’ll be a satisfied customer. It does what it says!

This sauna steamer is really good! I
Love it! everyone should use it especially during this pandamic! It helps alot especially when you worked all day and feeling like going to get sick. Use it and it helps to loose my neck tension and headaches. My shoulder blade been having alot of pressure due to working all day. I used it every other night and helps me alot! I suggested to all my friends and sibblings. I had purchased 5 of it for them already! working well and it is really worth it! very easy to assembly. Just to make sure wipe it after each use is recommendation so it won't smell. I used fresh lemon grass and ginger, it is so relax! Also good for COVID-19 virus too!. My daughter used while she was sick and got Covid by using ginger and lemon grass in the cup steamer, helps her able to breathe and less coughing. She used it for 1 wk and healed.
