Peppers were processed on shared manufacturing equipment with peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, eggs and sesame. As I have an extreme nut and peanut allergy, I could not use the item and it is ineligible for returns/refunds. Had the information been listed on Amazon, I would not have purchased them in the first place. If I were able to return them I would not be giving then a one-star review.

Made my red sauce a little spicer
The peppers were very hard to break open to remove the seeds. I'm not sure how they are supposed to be. Hotter than fresh poblanos
