Dr. Christopher's Formulas MindTrac Herbal Capsules, 100 Count

I have used this product on and off for years. I have had anxiety attacks, panic attacks and free floating anxiety since I was very young. I am not able to take any kind of prescription medication to assist with these problems. I worked at an Integrative Medical facility years ago and someone recommended this product. I absolutely love it. It is mild and relaxes me. It takes the edge off the anxiety and helps me to better manage things. There is no crash and no feeling that pharmaceutical substances give which is great for me. It helps with mental clarity and focus as well. This doesn't cure my issues but when I use it in conjunction with exercise, meditation and journaling, it definitely helps. If you are expecting to feel a huge change by taking this product, again I must say that it is not a cure all, but it definitely helps. I notice a definite difference, especially over the first two weeks of starting it. Make sure to look through all the ingredients before purchasing and to consult a doctor if you are taking any medication, just to make sure this won't interfere with it. I don't use this product all the time because my anxiety doesn't stay with me all of the time but I keep it stocked and ready for the times that I do need it. Sometimes, it is for a few days and sometimes a few months. Regardless, it has always worked well for me and I have recommended it to many others.

I have been using this product off and on for over 10 years and it has changed my life. I was diagnosed with depression at a young age and have generalized anxiety. I took Lexapro for a long time, which eventually stopped working, and I tried pristiq for a year or more and hated it. I was persuaded to return to mindtrac by my mom (those of us who struggle with lifelong depression often deny the need for any meds, especially when we feel better) and I'm so glad I did. I literally never want to be without it again (I keep 2-3 bottles around at all times so I don't forget to take it). I take two capsules in the morning and evening (with food) and that keeps me leveled out. No ruminating. No downward spiral. No anxiety. No mental fog. Sometimes I take an additional dose at lunch if I'm under stress.I've read other reviews for people who say it has not helped their depression, but at this price, it's worth the effort to try. I will also say that depending on how bad your depression and anxiety are, it may take several weeks to have a full effect (4-6), just like a regular prescription. I usually notice a difference within 20 minutes if it's been a while, but it takes about a month to realize the full benefits. That said, it may not work for everyone and it does have valerian root in it, which is a known sleep aid. So start out with one or two capsules and work your way up if needed, especially if you're senstive to meds. Good luck! And if this doesn't work for you, I hope you continue to try to find something that does.

In combination with Dr. Christopher’s “Relax-Eze,” this supplement aids in marginally reducing feelings of panic, stress, and anxiety. Although it is not a cure-all, you may notice positive results in reduction of the aforementioned symptoms. For me, while I do feel somewhat calmer and less anxious, the primary result I have noticed is one of increased mental clarity and the ability to think through difficult situations rationally and less emotionally. It may not make you jumping for joy, but you might find yourself handling situations using a more mature frame of mind. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5, because it only improved my anxiety and stress somewhat, but more than anything I have noticed a marked improvement in calm decision-making.

I purchased this produce and the Dr. Christopher's Mind Trac for my son who has ADHD. And we have try all the prescription stuff from and medical doctor. A lot of the stuff made him sleepy or he lost his appetite or made him or angry. He would do things and say things he knew that was wrong. But he was on that prescription crap. We had problems since my son was in pre-school, with all the calls and send homes. I could work a descent job because I had to go to the school to get him or to a conference that they just had to have. Well me son ask me one day to try the prescription meds myself and to see how it feels. (Why would I make him take meds that I wouldn't take) So I tried it. And it made me think of every bad thoughts. Things that I would never entertain in my mind before. So I told him, he didn't have to take the prescription meds anymore, we would try all natural meds. I told his therapy as well that we no longer would be taking prescription meds. He respected our decision. We went to a naturopathic doctor and he put him on high doses magnesium and B complex which helps some, however, it wasn't until we used Dr. Christopher's Mindtrac and Memory Plus that we saw tremendous results. We didn't have a chance to it twice a day like recommended. Only two capsule of each in the morning. My son's grade came up and the behavior problems began to disappear. We work with counselor that put him in teacher's classes that would work with him better as well. The class he had a D in he made an A. He told me for the first time ever that he wanted to get better grades. No crazy side effects. He still has an appetite and sleep normal and no rage. We will continue taking this product even into to college if needed.
