Exceeded my expectations because the magnet is so strong. No longer can gust of wind cause doors to slam. Since floors are tiled, I used the 3M adhesive to secure to the floor but as a precaution I added a bead of silicone sealant around the floor fitting. I installed the screw on the metal door target because the 3M adhesive was being tested by the strong magnet (when trying to pull door off of magnetic bump stop).

The magnet seems strong. However, they arrived completely out of the box with all the bits and pieces just shoved in a bag haphazard. The stoppers and magnets were dirty. They looked like someone just ripped them off their own door and chucked them in a bag. The glue was melting too. Also, these only work if your door is already completely flush with the floor, if there is any gap, the magnets won’t connect fully. Returning this bag of garbage.

J'ai utilisé mes butoir magnétiques pour empêcher à la fois la porte de cogner au mur et pour l'empêcher de fermer avec les courant d'air lorsque les fenêtres sont ouverte. Le résultat est génial! À faire attention par contre, un de mes butoir voulait presque se démonter, l'aimant en est presque tombé toute seule. Il y a une vis sous l'aimant et si on la serre trop, l'aimant ne vient plus assez près de la rondelle sur la porte et l'effet magnétique s'en trouve beaucoup diminué.
