Prompt delivery, as described, great value. PrimeTimeBuys did good for me.
I wanted a replacement for an old HP Compaq 6000 Pro small tower that we've had for maybe 8 years or more. I've got an EliteDesk 800 G2 tower that I got new a while ago and it's been relliable. I didn't need a tower setup so this refurbished EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF compact system seemed ideal. As it happens, the unit I received did have the slim DVD drive that was a popular option, but not every system will have one unless it happened to have come that way for the original owner. If you want one, it's worth asking. Very prompt and helpful pre-purchase support. Very prompt delivery -- shipped on a Monday, arrived on Tuesday. Follow the instructions to activate Windows, easy to do as long as you can read the product code and type it correctly (it took me two tries to get it right). Windows Update was happy to apply the relevant updates. Add the HP Support Assistant and it will do the platform specific Intel updates. I got the latest firmware from the HP support site and applied it, which was not hard (just a bit scary, if you have flaky power and don't have a UPS, it can be risky to update firmware). Nice system, runs well, biggest challenge was getting our old Fujitsu scanner installed (Windows didn't recognize it at first but once told to go find the drivers, it did the trick). Since the old system had lots of stuff hanging around from back in the Windows 7 days, it's good to have a clean start.Excellent bang for the buck, very happy so far.

I am going to update my review.
This is me updating my review. If you are wondering if this can play games. Yes it can. Believe it or not. It can run dirt showdown at 720P medium settings or 800 by 600 p at Max. Settings between 25 FPS in 15 FPS. Decent I would say. But you're looking towards running anything maxed out at 1080P or 720p in the Year 2005 and under. But if you want to get away with running games maxed out 800 by 600 p resolution is probably your best bet for games being in the year 2006 and up, I was negative before because of a issue with the hard drive that it came with. The hard drive was defective in it. Luckily I had another hard drive with Windows 10 On It. Originally came with Windows 10 Pro but the hard drive is defective. I think at most if you get this computer and you run into a blue screen of death. Go to Microsoft website download Windows onto another hard drive it's better with an ssd. And boots into the other hard drive or ssd that you have Windows downloaded on. That's how I figure it out my issue. And also one more thing do you not hook this thing up to a 4k monitor or 1440p monitor that's what also caused the video format to act weird 1080p is your best bet for right now. You can put a GPU in it and then you can go up to 1440p or higher. Pretty decent computer. Still trying to work with it.

It's a good first computer
I'm using this product as my main computer now, and it's working pretty well. You do have to hardwire the WiFi to it instead of blue tooth, and it does not take HDMI cables. It runs slower than a normal computer, but works pretty well for work, and typing up documents.I'm also pretty sure that this computer doesn't have access to blue tooth at all. I tried connecting airpods, doesn't work. The WiFi, doesn't work. If you like wired things it's a good first option.I play Roblox, and my graphics have to be all the way down to be able to run smoothly. Opening apps such as google chrome takes at least 30 seconds to open and not your usual "click on it and it opens right away."I'm trying to say, this computer could be great. It makes sense that it runs slower, I bought it for $80. If your kids are begging you for a computer, make this a first option. (I'm 13, and have been begging my mom for a PC, and I actually ended up buying this one with my birthday money.)

phenomenal value from PrimeTimeBuys
Desktop was packaged well and delivered promptly. The computer was clean inside and out; I had no trouble setting up the computer with my existing hardware. I already had a usb wifi adapter (you'll need either a usb wifi adapter or a low profile pcie wifi card to connect to the internet). It booted up without hesitation and allowed me to add a second hard drive without requiring any configuration changes in the bios, as legacy support was already supported in the bios settings. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another system from PrimeTimeBuys. Strongly recommend!

It turns on and runs
Unfortunately there was no HDMI port on this at all that I received. So I can't tell anyone if it displays correctly or does anything other than turn on, as I do not have the other cord required to connect to a monitor yet. I tried looking all over YouTube for explanation and to see if I'm missing something but everyone is either explaining upgrades or explaining about adding on an HDMI port.Edit: I'm not a computer savvy person and can't find a straight answer on the internet or youtube. But it does not have an HDMI port even though it is said to have at least one in the description. Once I can get it plugged in to a monitor and see how it works I will update my review to better stars if it still works as intended for what I need.

I recommend!!
The media could not be loaded. This pc is a great beginner pc for a cheap price. I downloaded games like Fortnite and Minecraft, and both games ran on a good 60 to 120 frames per second. It also runs games up to 60 fps.
