After my initial review: "It is crunchy and edible but it does not superlative. It is filling for those on restricted carb diets and diabetics. I'll eat what I bought but won't buy this product again." I am writing to rescind what I wrote earlier.The new and improved or changed Low Carb Granola Cereal is fantastic. I loved the sample I tried this evening. It tastes great, not hard to chew and not excessively sweet, very low carb, like other low granola cereals I had bought since. I have given the new change 5 stars for its excellence.I highly recommend it and should hope that Amazon will carry the new formula.

This was not what I expected. It's more like shredded nuts & stuff. However, I really love it! Great flavor, stays crunchy (but not hard crunchy) and doesn't have any artificial sweetener taste to it.The only thing I don't like it the price! I top my yogurt with this so I'm only using 1/4 cup or so at a time. if you're eating a whole bowl, that really bumps up the price per serving.Would I buy it again? You bet - but I'm cutting it with some cheaper stuff.

Tasted as if the product expired last year. I was so looking forward to adding this to my Hi Lo Cereal. I’m accustomed to the taste of low carb products; therefore, that was not at all the problem. Had the product been fresh it would have been wonderful. $10.99 is way too much to spend on this product as it is; so disappointing!UpdateI opened my mail today and was surprised to find a package of this Low Carb Granola with a letter stating the formula has been updated. I added it to my Arctic Zero Ice Cream. I’m very pleased to say it was exactly what I wanted from this product. It wasn’t artificially sweet and it was very fresh. I’m going to enjoy adding this to my snacks! Thank you General Nature for caring about your customer’s opinions

Yes, it is a bit pricey for a cereal, but I use only a tablespoon sprinkled on yogurt w honey to sweeten plus a chopped apple--that's my breakfast bowl. Last night I got hungry around 12am, and decided to have this as a 'cereal' and had a 1/3 cup with milk. Way too many nuts or whatever all the crunchy stuff is and couldn't eat it. So I recommend the product but as an addition as I posted above or sprinkled on muffin batter, not as a stand alone cereal.

I don't know how anyone could give this stuff 5 stars. Compared this low carb Granola to 2 others, homemade low carb granola and "Diabetic Kitchen Cinnamon Pecan Cereal". This one ranks the lowest of all three. This product has a dry after taste. This product uses extruded rice and has an unappealing to look. Not a good feel in the mouth when chewing. I used unsweetened almond milk for the comparison. It might blend better with yogourt but not with milk. . Would NOT buy again and price is high. Homemade is still the best overall. The "Diabetic Kitchen Cinnamon Pecan Cereal" is bonded nuggets of seeds and nuggets. The "Diabetic Kitchen Cinnamon Pecan Cereal" is a little sweeter than homemade and has less of a nut taste. Both are similar in cost. Also note serving size for this one is 1/4 cup. no one is going to eat just 1/4 of a cup.

Tasted completely stale when I opened them. So sad because I really wanted a healthier granola.

Great tasting! The only drawback is the ridiculous price. If it cost half of what it does, I would buy it and eat it on a daily basis. There are other similar products where you can get twice the granola for a little less than what you pay for this. This is the best tasting so far that to me. I just won't be buying it again because of the price.
