LeitnerLH250 – Headsets for Call Centers – Works with All VoIP Phone Systems – Comfortable for All Day Wear – USB-A

I use while working from home and the sound is perfect. I did find it hard to hear when I first used them a few days ago but the seller contacted me to find out how I was doing (as you know it's unusual for a seller to care that much). I did find it difficult to hear but I do wear hearing aids so I tried using the smaller earpieces and the sound is great; better then I expected. I had complaints in the past about callers not being able to hear me well but not so with the Leitner LH255 Dual Ear Headset. I've worked from home for years and this is the BEST headset I've had and worth every penny I paid. Having a 5 year warranty gives me comfort knowing if I have a problem Leitner will stand behind their product. If you work from home and looking for a headset that is comfortable enough to wear all day and has excellent sound quality then do yourself a favor and get Leitner LH255 which is better then more expensive headsets.

I ordered my first pair several years ago through work when the company was big on Skype. They were recommended by our IT department. The headsets were simply great. Just plugged them in and they worked with no drama. Light weight, high quality, could hear myself talking. Couldn't ask for more. I bought a second set on my own to have a travel set and for retirement. I never had a communication care in the world with my Leitner's even with so many Zoom calls due to Covid. But, I carelessly let the cord dangle precariously over my paper shredded and the paper shredder, being high quality as well, managed to eat the cord. I tried a cheaper headset for a few months but simply couldn't adjust to them, didn't like them. I had to come back for another Leitner set. I worked my entire career in quality positions. I was brought up with the notion of buying the highest quality you can afford so you only have to buy once or at least a lot less often. This headset meets my quality standards.

I already own wireless LH375.The wired headset LH250 works fantastic.Sound quality is amazing, just as good as the wireless.Comfort is amazing. Good luck finding a headset that's more customizable than this. You can literally bend the entire headband every inch of it in any direction you want. It would be impossible to not get it to fit correctly It just takes some time!Additionally, headsets.com has the best customer service in the world I swear to god just call them!

The headset worked well at first...then poof!!Customers couldn't hear our voice very well, became weak sounding. Blocked out background noise great! Something happened with them, sent them back. Bought a different set at "Best Buy".

Almost too big for my ear. Hard to find the switches and no instructions but the rep was marvelous.

I’ve had to replace this headsets multiple times, I lost count, it breaks easily, they’re good at replacing the product due to the 5 year warranty, that’s not good enough, I’ve went ahead and purchased a $40 Logitech H570e, I’m going to request one last replacement so I can use this as a backup, I will never purchase anything from this manufacturer again.

I ordered a wireless Bluetooth set and it did not work very well and I had to return it after a week. I ordered this corded headset and it has been amazing. No problems whatsoever. Then today someone called me from their company to follow up and ask how I was enjoying it. Great service, and an unexpected follow through with my purchase. That follow up alone, made me want to give this item a review and 5 stars!

Size: LH255 ClassicI had ordered a different headset for the same price as this set. I was not aware that it was not USB compatible, and to make it so, would cost another $100 to buy the adapter. The Leitner set has dual connectivity for phone hookup AND the adapter to plug directly into your laptop USB. Very pleased with this headset, very great price point for function and comfort. I only gave 4 stars for features because the earpiece covers are smaller and therefore don't 100% negate the noisy environment of my open-concept office setting.
