I was worried at first that i was going to have trouble incorporating this into my diet because the taste is quite bitter and earthy.... BUT, after finally finding the right way to use it, I am so happy with the product. i have noticed a mental sharpness and acuity that i owe to Brahmi. I have severe adhd and ONLY take natural supplements now... they had me on 30 mg a day and i am happy to say that Brahmi MAKES A WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE. I put a tablespoon in my coffee each morning with honey, cardamom, mct oil (also sometimes i add turmeric, cinnamon, maca root powder or reishi mushroom powder) and blend it in the blender! its fantastic!

I noticed an almost immediate increase in mental acuity. Furthermore, having taken the bixa Bacopa herb powder for about 2 years now, mental acuity and sharpness of response increase over time.The taste by itself is terrible. Accordingly, if you do not want to mix it with something to deaden the taste you can encapsulate the Bacopa. Packaging is just fine as access to the jar is quick and easy.Yes, I recommend this product.

Awesome product... great for mental clarity and varicose veins diminishing and going away. Tastes awful but mixes easily
