Should have bought this sooner
I love this umbrella stand. I use it in the yard to give the dogs some shade. It's easy enough to stick in the ground and remove also. Musch easier than the type with the corkscrew, which broke by the way. This stand is metal and heavy duty. It could have used a little larger leg (see picture)IMO because this is where I step on it to make sure it's in the ground firm. I haven't used it on a beach yet, but I image how easy it would be there also.

needs to have longer tines to go deeper into the soil for more stability for the price it's a good product as long as the umbrella is on he small side

Too small to fit umbrella in.
This was too small for our umbrella. It would not even fit in it. Was disappointed when it came. Because this is all I wanted for In our yard.It was great quality though. And the price was great.
