HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FILAMENT!With the mixed reviews and a streak of buying failing filaments, this filament came in and reassured me that great values are still available.I was ready to take on several hours of filament tuning to try and get the settings right, but this printed really well with default settings and I was happy enough to just start printing some parts for some printer mods.Some things I wanted to touch base on that I saw that made me hesitant to initially purchase:1. "This product is not ABS". - I printed a couple small parts appox 20mm x 20mm with 5 0.2mm layers and it snapped pretty easily just like ABS should, however there was a bit more flex than a typical standard ABS, so I believe there is an additional composite blended in. The label does say ABS plus, so this further verifies this claim. However the product behaves just as ABS should WITHOUT shrinking or warping, so the blend seems to make it easier to work with. I also tried a couple post processing steps such as acetone smoothing and sanding and both affected the print just as if it was ABS.I have not tried Acetone vapor smoothing, so I am not able to verify this and I have acetone glued two pieces together, however I have not tested the strength of the bond to verify this.2. "This product warps". - I have printed several parts and not experienced ANY warping while printing. Even more shocking is the shrinking has been VERY minimal allowing for some prints with low tolerance magnet holes to fit. I did have one hole crack, but that was also due to a layer shift which was a printer issues, not a filament issue. I am using Creality carborundum glass with glue stick and ABS slurry for large prints (or prints with a lot of pieces). In the picture I am posting with this review you'll see a print I accidentally forgot to include supports and it still printed, not perfect, but it didn't fail. Both a testament to the filament and the STL model. Also printed some flat clips that I have had warping issues with before with other ABS and these turned out great.Settings (not all printers will be the same and you may have to adjust to your needs):-Hotend Temp: 245C for first layer, then 240C for other layers-BED: 90C-Enclosure: Using a cheap zip up enclosure from Amazon - Highly recommend and only way I print ABS is with an enclosure. Will have to protect from drafts though for sure.-FAN: NO FAN!!! This is ABS and should NEVER be cooled, however I did accidentally leave bridge fan on at 30% and this may have saved my unsupported print (use at your own risk :) )Something to remember, ABS (and all prints actually, ABS is just more prone) will warp when cooled rapidly. If you are experiencing warp, turn your temps down so the change is not as drastic and also wait for your prints to cool before opening enclosure or handling. The glass bed is really good for this as it takes longer to cool after the bed turns off so the cooling process is nice and slow. Not a requirement though! Be patient and work with your settings, once you get tuned into your settings you can keep using it over and over and take advantage of an incredible price.
