The product itself is excellent, but unfortunately the advertised packs of 10 turned out to be only 9. So 4 packs of 10 =40 became 4packs of 9 =36!

WELL MADE & RELIABLE PANTS.
These absorbent large pants are essential for anyone with a problem bladder. I have suffered Prostrate cancer problems for 15 years. I only discovered these after a stay in hospital for HDR on my prostrate. The NHS supplied a few inferior pants when i was discharged. These are far superior & very good value.They were prone to slipping down due to my weight loss. My wife sorted this by simply taking the pants in by half an inch each side using her sowing machine. These fit & look like normal Y fronts, they do not show under clothing.Recommended for anyone with a leakage problem.
