KOHLER AWAKEN® G90MF SHOWERHEAD, 1.75GPM

I've tried many shower heads recently looking for a strong spray. I tried the Grohe 28 342 000 Relexa Non-Adjustable Shower, Waterpik NSR-723 Chrome, Waterpik VAT-313 Chrome, and Delta 52657 (H2OKinetic) all with and without the flow restrictor. The Kohler beat all the others by a wide margin producing a very strong flow (the bathtub would start to fill up at the highest faucet volume) with wide coverage and no hole in the centre. The performance was amazing even compared to the well regarded shower heads noted above. The Waterpik heads were good but not in the same class. I wasn't impressed by the Delta (not hard enough) and the Grohe (too narrow).Note that I fished out the o-ring using a small screwdriver since the restrictor could not be removed (it could be cut/drilled out though).

Great shower head and a really good price. Replaced a rain shower that only had dribbles coming out.

Yes, this is a Kohler. You get Kohler quality at a good price. It's a brassy finish with a bright brass plastic face and brushed metal housing. The nut/attachment is metal, so should be more durable than plastic. The color is a great match to my bathroom with bright brass fixtures. May also work with gold finishes. The three pressure adjustments are easy to move between by moving the little tab. Not much pressure on the full setting (in California), but the other two are powerful enough. To attach it, use only loop of teflon tape, two was too tight. Made to be attached with a crescent wrench - pliers might work. Not too tight!

I am so disappointed in what I thought was an excellent brand, offering a shower head that only has three unsatisfactory settings. There is the outer ring that has a little bit bigger nozzles, but it doesn't rinse the shampoo out of your hair. The middle ring has a little more force but not enough nozzles. It would be ideal to have the outer and middle rings also as a setting. The inner ring is so hard that I can't use it. It was more expensive than my no name shower head that was better, but became hopelessly clogged up by hard water deposits. So I wouldn't buy this brand again.

Looks a little cheap (especially the face, which is a very plastic-y looking silver grey) but works pretty well and has good flow if you remove the flow restrictor. To do this, use a jewelers screwdriver to remove the rubber washer with screen, then use pointed tool like an awl to remove the small black o-ring that covers most of the holes in the green plastic piece below.

Not incredibly impressive looking but apparently makes for a great showering experience. I put this in my Airbnb and have had so many reviews mentioning the great shower since!

Very Pleased with this shower head. Works great and Looks great. NOTE: this does not come with the connector to the input water pipe as pictured. If you are replacing an existing shower head with a standard shower connector then it will work fine if the connector to the wall is suitable for use. If not you need to order a connector pipe as well.

Showering is great with adjustable head. Easy to install and quality finish. Install in a minutes and quality finishe.
