Sunex 222xd 1/2-Inch Drive 11/16-Inch Extra Deep Impact Socket

I bought this under the assumption that the effective area that is reamed out for a nut or bolt was going to be deeper then a normal deep socket, but that is not the case. You could accomplish the same thing if you welded two deep sockets together. It is the exact same as a socket with an extension on it, which would be a much cheaper option.
