Doesn't seem to match the description. It states that is spins and rocks. The one I received doesn't match the video that the company posted for this product. For $40, I was disappointed in this toy.(UPDATE)After putting fresh batteries in, the product works as described. With the batteries that came with it, it did not work well. So yes, I would recommend this toy if you use fresh batteries.I just uploaded a new video so you can see how well it works when you put in fresh batteries. I originally gave this 3 stars, I now rate it 5 stars.
