What are the differences in low impact and regular Set? Dumbbells the same?

Water workouts are low impact. The two dumbbells are the same. High density means they take moderate effort to push them down in the water.

My pool is 4’ deep, and I am 5’7”. Will I benefit from using this equipment, or should the water be over my head?

I am 5ft 3 in. I use this equip in 3-4 ft of water. It is just fine for me in this depth water. It all depends upon how you wish to use it and the type of results you are looking for.

Are these coast guard approved? they have to show that on it in order to be used at the ymca.

i use mine at the YMCA,but as far as certified,im not sure
