After watching you tube videos on how to temper chocolate I discovered how delicious and easy this chocolate was to use.I was sneaking Chips out of the bag to snack on first!

Great taste, melts very well and stays melted long enough to work with it!

OMG! This is so good even right out of the bag. It is a little pricey, but it's absolutely worth it. Cookies, cakes, melted onto nuts, by the handful, it's the best.

Packaged beautifully with a cold pack to keep it from melting which was still cold when it arrived.

YEP!Just what the 'Doctor' ordered!!!Have you REALLY ever done a chocolate 'taste-test'?Can you truly TASTE . . . or, does your 'taste' no longer exist?The Barry Callebaut / Van Leer chocolate is above all the rest.Merkins(Merkens??), Godiva, etc.Either their taste is totally off and lacking, or, they leave a mostterrible 'after-taste' you might actually try it a 2nd time, becauseyou could NOT believe it was really THAT bad!!!Melt & pour over some GOOD nuts . . .Then, get out and leave me alone!!!

I hear that Callebaut is the best... well, this was my first time making chocolates and it didn’t disappoint! It tempered in the microwave smoothly, poured beautifully, and popped right out of the mold shiny and with sharp definition after a few hours in the fridge. I don’t think I’ll be buying anything except Callebaut in the future!

It was melted which wouldn't be a problem but this is disgusting chocolate. Not the high end chocolate ordered. No refunds through amazon

Price premium didn't really comport with brand cache or anything else. Wouldn't buy again, but it was tasty, just not more tasty than other, less expensive options.
