I’m a professional landscape gardener for over 40 years. Pruning has taken a toll on my hands. I thought to give this a try after viewing a Japanese YouTube review from another professional gardener. Wow!!! This is truly a godsend. This pruner allows me to make clean, accurate cuts on normally hard material. At the end of the day, my hand is not as painful. I still have to make finer detail pruning with my other pruners, but this tool is a great addition to my pruning arsenal. Small limbs that normally pruned with a saw are now taken off with this. I also use it in place of my lopper occasionally because it saves time. It’s power is impressive, sometimes scary! Make certain your other hand is clear of it’s blade path. Once the trigger is depressed, the blade action continues without stopping. If you’re familiar with CODIT pruning principles, then this tool will allow you to make clean, accurate cuts. There is no damage to the bark along the bark ridge or bark collar, thus insuring proper healing. As advertised, the battery holds up to it’s reported longevity. During it’s first use, the battery did not last that long, but that that was because I failed to charge it. But after charging, it lasts for all day use. Both batteries can be charged simultaneously, which is a nice feature. I have used it hard for about 1week of daily use to see how it would hold up to real, professional use. After about a week, I’ll give it two thumbs up. Highly advise that you buy the holster as well.

These work great. Be careful though. Keep away from children and adults who say “I wonder”.

My hands don’t work well this is perfect

CAREFUL, this things cut too well and if you are not careful you can really hurt yourself like I did. They were working amazing trimming any branch I put in front of them. Very fast very responsive. Battery life seems decent, but I am done using them after I wasn't paying close enough attention and cut myself very seriously. Just be very careful with these and keep all fingers clear of the blades because they move very fast.

I do a huge amount of pruning and became curious if there was such a thing as a battery operated pruner. The answer is yes and there are plenty available. This was my choice because it was smaller and lighter but I was curious if a smaller tool would be efficient enough to get the job done. The answer is yes. It cuts easily and came with two batteries and each battery will last a very long time. This has become my favorite garden tool. Fabulous find.

My wife asked me to buy a battery operated Pruners for her. I did research and choose this unit. They are light weight and beware they are very sharp. In no time at all I was cleaning up lots of trimmings. With two included batteries this is an amazing tool. I was prepared to spend a lot more but for the money this is an amazing deal.I was impressed how light they are and quickly they completed each task.Thanks another happy customer.

I bought this item in November 2022 and have been using a few times a month to trim branches and shrubs. Well today I needed to cut branches that were bigger than 30mm. I didn't want to get my chainsaw out so I decided to try to see if it would work. At first I thought it wasn't working because it was scratching the surface, after a few different trys, it worked. It wasn't pretty nor was it fast, but I was cutting through branches of up to 60mm. Had to make a few passes to get the blade something to grip onto, then after that it was cut, move the blade, cut, then move the blade. Doing circle cuts worked, it's just time consuming. Yes I know I should have just gotten the chainsaw, but I was having too much fun.
