I share meals with my mom who lives next door. Bought these to transfer food back & forth-they work perfectly. Read reviews about them NOT being spillproof, but they work well enough for us. Have used for soup without spillage (granted, we are keeping them upright while transporting). THESE KEEP FOOD HOT FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR! Really love these bowls. I have started using them for my family meals because it always seems too take everyone forever to make it to the table. No more cold veggies! No more cold steak! ha! Now, I make the meal, plop in the bowls (no, I do not preheat them with hot water), DO THE DISHES so that by the time I/we sit down, I can relax!!! I am planning to purchase more and use them at holidays! Why are we stressing about everything being done at the perfect time? Make it and put in the bowl and BOOM, everything will be ready & hot when you are ready to eat! Easy to pass around the table, too, versus a hot casserole out of the oven!!! I definitely recommed!

This set of containers that keep food hot or cold is great! I often take food to my daughter's house, and then it has to be heated in the microwave or oven - no more! I knew that they are not totally spill-proof, so they need to be relatively level if there is liquid inside, but I have transported soups several times and had no problems. I was asked to rate "sheerness," which I assume means are they clear, and they are not, but I don't care about that. They are also very light weight, which makes it even easier to take them places. It's great that there are three different sizes, too. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent product
Definitely recommend this because it is really very light compared to my previous purchases. It is very nice color and pattern which normally not seen in casseroles. Food stays hot for over 4 hours.
