Arrived on time. Noticed effectiveness after a couple of days. However, after 4 days, I have noticed the item is over a year out of date!! July 2022!! Not sure what to do now!!

At first I didn’t noticed much difference, but after a week or so they really helped boosting my energy. They’re also supposed to help support hormone balance in women, which is good for me as I’m in menopause.

I have tried a couple of Ambrosial products in the past and haven't been very impressed in terms of the ingredients and use of what I consider to be undesirable preservatives or other ingredients. However, this supplement they have got right, and I can't fault it. The amount of tribulus extract per capsule, 500mg, is fairly reasonable for the price. It would be helpful to know what the composition of active chemicals in it is, to compare it more readily. But it feels effective as it should, and gives me personally an adaptogenic/antioxidant effect that feels a little like DMAE which is how it is supposed to feel. So would recommend.

These capsules are pretty easy to swallow. I don't think that this supplement has done much for me and the evidence behind the effectiveness of Tribulus Terrestris is decidedly mixed.

I would strongly recommend doing your research on this supplement, there's quite a lot of varying anecdotal reports of how people respond to taking it. I take it from time to time, and I do at times notice some difference - again, subjectively - in how I feel.It's a reasonable price for 60 days supply, some will charge more but be higher dosages etc, so not all supplements are a standard dose and can vary quite largely.£12 at the time of review.Five stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

I often felt fatigued and lacked the energy to get through the day. However, since starting this supplement, I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and stamina. I feel more alert and focused, allowing me to be more productive in both my work and personal life. I generally take 3 gr which will make the bottle last less time but that is what I need to help me boost my energy.

Capsules have bad smell. Want to return but Amazon is not allowing as per policy. Not recommended at all. Wasted my money.
