Defending What Is Mine (Wilde Boys Book 4)

Wow. Its certainly different to the other styles of book. Abby has written. Took a bit for me to get into as of jumping back and present. I could have read and read it though once I got my head round it. . I could see this book being a novel. For me It was over so fast. You could have wrote a 6 hour book and I still would have loved to have been inside the characters heads longer. Cuts to the point. His reaction is deep for that type of situation. And that his family don't let him wallow in. Self pity is good. So much more depth I can see from both characters. Would have loved to have gone deep into their relationship. Maybe even experienced the struggle a little more. But as this is sooo different from abbys other books she has kept in sync with her readers and kept the tempo just right to what her audience is used to.. . Other readers will find this easy to follow. Gasp. And fall in love.

Okay. I’m not a fan of the swinging back and forward in time and this is one of those books. It’s off putting to say the least and detracts from the story.
