Great product and fantastic aftercare
It works really well and has kept our hot tub very clean. I then had an issue with it, so I contacted the company and they got back to me within the day with help. Then because we couldnt fix the problem they sent out a replacement no fuss. Will be using this company again.

Fabulous product!
Cannot believe the suction that something so light and easy to use has. Clears our swim spa so quickly and silently! We had the old hand pumped version of this which was effective but hard work. This is so simple to use and so effective. Highly recommended.

Stops recharging
Stopped recharging within 5 months. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchases this.

Great while it Worked
** update so the Company reached out to saybthe Vac was still in warranty and after a few short emails they replaced the broken vac. So upped from 2* to 4*So bought this less than a year ago, for my hot tub and pool. Was great done exactly as intended, handle was a little short for my 10ft Pool but it still worked really well. Better than the cold water feed vac.However I went to hover my hottub today and it want switch on, tried charging still nothing.Over all it was great while it worked but to last less than a year it's not really worth the money to replace every year.

Does what it says on the box
I bought this product for my hot tub, it's very effective in removing in the smallest of grit particles, or small flies. Just keep the outlet below water and it works perfectly.
