The gate fits perfectly in my 24" bathroom door opening leading into my master bathroom/closet where I keep my cat litter boxes so my 30 lb., five-month-old puppy stays out. I could only work with two of the pressure mounts because the opening was small, one on the bottom and one from the top to close the latch. I did not use all of the tools, e.g. wall cups and screws, because there was no room for them. I pulled the gate both directions, and it did not budge. I love how the gate opens either direction and automatically closes behind me. I placed pet stairs on the inside of the gate so my cats can jump onto their cat tree to get to their food and water, which is on top of a dresser. This way, the puppy cannot reach them if they want to be left alone. Trickery! Rest assure, that gate is going nowhere. Even if a tornado came through, the gate and where it is pressure mounted to the wall would remain standing! At least now I know what to hold onto if a tornado comes along.

So I am confused by this gate. It’s supposed to fit up to a 26” wide door. My bathroom door, where I gate my puppy while I’m not home, is 26” exactly. This gate barely fits. It’s not quite big enough. The stoppers on each end barely reach the door frame, and they don’t screw in. They use a screw in stopper and just slide into the openings on the gate. So if the opening is too big, you can’t secure it. We managed to put some extra materials at the top to secure lessen the width to secure it there, but the puppy keeps knocking the bottom ones out. So, the moral of the story is, only use this in openings less than 26”. Otherwise, I really like it. I love that the gate locks open so when I’m home I can leave it open securely so she can still get to her water and puppy pad. I also like that it only has vertical bars. I don’t have to worry about her climbing out.

I got the gate because the doorway that we were trying to block off was smaller than normal. The gate fit great! The pull back latch on the top of the gate is super strong, and at times too strong so be careful of your finger tips...After 2 months of use the internals for the latch broke. Took it apart and the only piece holding the latch in was a tiny sliver of plastic. Completely snapped off and left the gate in a locked position.The gate itself is still usable, just can't lock it. I feel like the internals should be made of better material, but other than that flaw it's a decent gate.

The way it was shipped. It had a nice size hole in the box , I don’t know why they shipped it like that , but it’s missing parts . There is no latch for the gate. It looks like a good product but I’m very upset about no latch !

Only issue I have is with the latch. My 7 year old has trouble using it. In my opinion it gets stuck

This was the only gate we could find that would fit an unusual narrow door way in our new house. Installing was a bit tricky. The pressure part that you twist was very hard to maneuver during installation. We had to use pliers. My favorite part is the easy close. When you tap it closed it doesn’t move the gate from the frame. We have other gates that we constantly have to adjust due to them moving when the gate is slammed. I do wish it came in more colors such and black or dark brown.

This gate accomplished what we needed. We have a narrow doorway in our camper to the bedroom area that we needed to keep the dogs out of. We had to put it at the top of a few stairs. Pros- easy to open and swings closed on its own. Con- can't take a lot of pressure against it or it would move on the wall. Admittedly, where we have it is a difficult spot and is extra narrow. This was the only gate narrow enough to work for us and because of that it just fit, so we couldn't put a lot of tension out. I would still recommend this and will probably buy a few more for my house. It is very well made and durable.

This gate is in a vital place in our home, at the most used entryway which goes right down the stairs or into our kitchen. We easily get clogged up there taking off shoes and jackets. So I searched extensively for the best pressure mounted walk thru gate available with the largest opening option, and am very, very happy with this purchase. It is quite sturdy and the opening is ample. Some reviewers mentioned it not closing automatically after time, and we have noticed that after a few weeks, when left just slightly open, it may not latch on its own, but that has not been a problem as you just give it a nudge and it closes, and the option to open fully (to carry in groceries, or even babies with backpacks and diaper bags) is quite a nice addition. I do love this gate and recommend to anyone needing a baby gate with a decent size walk thru.
