Omg I am constantly trying new protein shakes trying to find the right one that actually keeps me full. I think I’ve found the one!!! This is so filling with 20grams of protein and 20grams of fiber I don’t even want to look at food after drinking one of these shakes. It tastes great. Keeps me full and has great quality ingredients. Love it

This powder is awesome, I mix it in the blender with some frozen fruit chunks and unsweet silk coconut milk and it tastes amazing. It keeps me full for hours. I use it as my breakfast meal, but this is also great to use for an appetite curbing snack with only using one scoop instead of two.

I loved the idea of this protein powder having fiber so I tried it. The taste is off, at first I thought I could get past it to get fiber with my protein but by the third day I was NOPE. This protein caused excessive gas and things that go with it. I knew I couldn’t continue to drink it and wasn’t going to throw it away for the price so back it went.

I bought all the f factor protein powder flavors directly from the company really wanting to like them. All tasted so bad. Like powdery chemicals. I don’t know how the followers are using them for shakes and waffles. I never toss any food products into The garbage. But these I did.

Tasted great.. I loved the recipes.. but it made me SO sick. I had to see several GIs before we realized what was happening (I thought I was being healthy by consuming this.. didn't realize it was actually the cause of it!). I wouldn't wish what I went through on anyone, please stay away from this product!

This is a lot for the price. I usually add banana and dates to my drinks but I didn't feel like I needed to with this one as its great with just almond milk.
