The best trigger point tool yet
I love that it will stick to the wall right where I need it to be and stay there. And no-one believes when I tell them what its for, I get picked on a lot. But I love it

Life saver
Well of course it does not suck to walls. It's a suction cup what do you expect lol. The suction is great on smooth surfaces, such as fridge(what I'm currently stick it into), or bathroom wall. It's hard and pointy enough that I can manage to massage my deep muscles. Works greatly!!!

Item will not adhere to walls.
It will stick to mirrors and your stainless steel fridge. I suggest finding something that works better.

Useless
I’ve always used a tennis ball against the wall to massage my back, but always disliked how the bell would roll off. I was happy when I saw this product, but the suction doesn’t allow it to stay on the wall. The only place it sticks on is the tiled wall in the shower, and even there it skids off. I’ll have to keep using my good old tennis balls.

Not at all what I expected
From the pictures I thought that this was bigger than it is. I also was under the impression that it had a vibration to it. I was going to use it for my neck, shoulder, back, and arms, but I am not going to be able to use it now. It says that it will stick to anything, but I have found that it will stick to nothing but glass. That does absolutely no good because glass will break if you lean too hard against it. You actually have to do the moving for it do any good on a sore neck or shoulder. I could see this working for sore feet because you can put it on the ground. However, you would have to put your other foot on it to secure the base as you rubbed your sore foot on it. I'm sure there are some people who may be able to use this for something, but realize that it is not as big as it looks in the pictures and that it may not stay stable for you to be able to use it correctly. It would be one thing if it would attach/secure to something but it doesn't, so it makes it useless. I didn't want to totally hammer this massage ball because someone might be able to use it for something, which is why I gave it three stars.
