I used it daily in office. I wear shoes to office and change to normal sandals. I use it once in office as soon as i remove my shoes. For the first time I'm seeing good improvement in my cracked heels. My skin is very dry and held become hard and cracks. I scrub my feet atleast twice using pumice stone while bathing and use this almost everyday and that's it. Highly recommended

Good healing power
