Maybe he needs more practice...
Either that, or my cat is just a little bit of an idiot. This puzzle box is very complicated compared to the single layer model by CatMazing, and my cat gave up the first time after just a few minutes. He has come back to it since then to try again and he might be getting the hang of it now, but he's surely getting a brain workout which is what this box is all about.Assembly was easy-peezy, though do pay attention to the front and side labels on the pieces. I'm amazed that something so amazing is made out of just cardboard, and this is very durable and stable so it should last a while (my cat used to sit on the single-layer model and burst right through it eventually). I'm really impressed and I'm glad my old one broke so I could find this one. You'll have a whale of a time watching your cat play with this box. It's really fantastic!

Great!
This thing has been great for my smart cat. Keeping him busy, stimulated, thinking. It's a little advanced for my sweet empty-headed cat tho, she just gives up. Best for your smarter babies.

loves it!!
he isn’t very active but this keeps him actively entertained, he does get discouraged but comes back throughout the day. i do keep treats hidden around the house to have him motivated in general but when he can’t find the others, now he goes to this box and doesn’t ask for more since he knows where he can go :))i would say a lot of the holes are too small it seems. and it would be great if this box came with something that can hold it to the ground as he always pushes it around (trying to get the treats), some good velcro strips can probably do the job.i’ve does tend to chew on most toys and put holes in them but with this one he hasn’t done once, just tries to stuff his head inside, but the box is sturdy enough for no accidents or breakage :)great company, great product, i think an even bigger one could be fun

Do it!
Griffith LOVES this box! He rubs on it, sleeps next to it. Hahaha, it keeps him busy for hours, he actually has to think and work for the food. It was so easy to put together, holds up being dragged around, and being chewed on. It’s worth the money, do it!

Perfection
I have never purchased a cat puzzle before. Even though I play with my cat she still gets the zoomies and puts her legs into gear. This puzzle was the perfect addition to stimulate her mind and hunting skills. She has some trouble figuring out how to get the treats and cried for a few seconds but she eventually figured it out. The giant puzzle box is amazing quality! I highly recommend.

A bit mislead
I just received this today so it is not assembled and I don’t know my cats reaction. I assumed there would be toys to go into it boxes. So now I need to spend another $50.00 on toys. It really is just pieces of cardboard. I am disappointed

My cats LOVE it!
My cats LOVE this!!I have 2 Siamese cats who love to hunt. I like to try to keep their minds active, especially for my 13 year old cat. A few years ago someone gave them a simple toy that had balls with bells inside a box. I began putting treats in it and they would spend hours trying to get them out. When I saw the CatAmazing toy I knew my cats would love it. They had more than conquered the small treat puzzle so I knew I wanted to get them either the slider or the mega box. After much research and thought I decided to get them the Mega. Go big, right? I knew with the three levels and multitude of holes for them to reach and peek through that it would keep them occupied for hours, and it has.I will say when it arrived my first thought was, who is getting puzzled here? LOL There are very clear instructions included. They even have a video you can watch that shows you how to put it together. So whether you’re more of a visual learner or like to read instructions they have you covered. Honestly, I pulled everything out and immediately separated the pieces by color. After reading how to put the sides together and the first level, everything else just made sense. My youngest cat (who is 8) Sat and watched every move I made as if she knew it was for her. She of course was also impressed with the boxes the treat puzzle box came in.After I fully put the treat puzzle together, which didn’t take long, I called my other cat into the room by pulling out the treat box. As soon as the treats started going in they knew what to do. Admittedly my older cat sometimes takes a few minutes to figure things out and watches the younger cat to get an idea of how things work. As soon as he figured it out though he’s relentless until all the treats are obtained. This is absolutely the best gift I’ve bought my cats in a long time. I highly recommend this purchase.

My cats love it
Since getting this puzzle box, my cats love it. They use it literally everyday and know if they want a treat to go to the box. When they get all the treats they meow by the box for me to refill it. Great purchase, totally worth it and am very happy with it

Not interesting
Cat got bored of the toy whenever there was treats, he gave up looking for the treats. Not worth the price, unable to claim refund as it was opened, even though didn’t have the toy for that long. I recommend using leftover boxes as the cat will enjoy that more. The toy also came later than expected.

Cat was indifferent
We bought this hoping our cat would get a decent amount of play out of it when we hid treats inside. After quickly (much quicker than we thought) got the treats out, he would walk away, even if we tried playing with a toy in it. After the first few times, he didn't seem to care much. I think it maybe just depends on the cat.Inside the box was a card that said if we had any issues or it wasn't working, to email the seller. I did that, and she immediately refunded me.Customer service -- A+Box itself -- ADurability -- AFunctionality -- B+Level of fun for *my* cat -- C

Cat arms don’t reach- Buy the Medium Box with Sliders
We had the MEDIUM box (with sliders) for about nine months. But this LARGER box is not the same. MEDIUM BOX - Used for nine months, two times per day for kibble, two cats. Eventually wore out. Thought this LARGE BOX would be the same (with sliders) only bigger-- it is NOT THE SAME. The interior does NOT slide. It is a maze, but cat arms are not long enough to reach the middle-- what a poor design! If the food cannot be retrieved in the middle, the box is useless. We've tried adjusting it several ways (so cannot return it). Save money AND avoid frustration -- buy the MEDIUM BOX. PS: Eventually our cats learned to scratch and chew the cardboard to get to the food. A more durable material would be a better product.
