I like to rotate probiotics so my body gets introduced to all different kinds of flora during the course of a year. I feel like when I just use the same probiotic all year I begin to experience sluggishness in my digestion. Varying it up helps me.I saw this supplement with the best name ever "Gut Health" from Gaspari Nutrition -- Gaspari is a well-known brand and if you ever read a bodybuilding magazine in the past you've probably seen a ton of mentions of their products. I was confident with the manufacturer.I thought this was just another Probiotic with a real masculine punchy name but it's so much more than a probiotic.Gut Health contains just about everything you can think of if you're trying to improve your digestion.This has prebiotics. Probiotics. Digestive Enzymes. Then it has Berberine in it which frankly shocked me but then as I thought about it I understood why.If you tried to buy Prebiotics, Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes, and low-dose Berberine separately it would cost 3-4x what this supplement costs for a 30-day supply. It's actually quite impressive to me how much they packed into this.What I'm not exactly sure of it is if all of this in the combination of one pill is going to help. I've been on it a few days and haven't noticed any issues switching from my other probiotic (Culturelle).The Prebiotics are Acacia Fiber and Inulin which are excellent at replacing the good gut flora in your digestive system. I kind of love that they added this to the Gut Health mix.The Probiotics are varied and are more comprehensive than a single strain of probiotics. As I said earlier, introducing varied strains to your gut flora is a good thing. I honestly don't digest as well without probiotics as I do with them in my regimen.I really like the addition of the Enzyme Blend -- I've used digestive enzymes in the past when my diet was not as clean as it is now -- the digestive enzymes help your body break up what you're eating and digest it without much effort. I've used the Papain they have in this with great success. Another one I've used are Pancreatic Enzymes and Betaine HCL. That said, Gut Health throwing in Digestive Enzymes is impressive. This is a really comprehensive product.As for the addition of Berberine, I was at first confused by that -- I take Berberine because I suffered from Insulin Resistance in the past and was using it to keep Blood Sugar levels in check. Berberine also activates AMPK (which you should look up). It's similar to a drug called Metformin but doesn't have the side effects that the pharmaceutical does.Berberine also acts as an anti-viral -- that's right, it will kill harmful pathogens in your G.I. tract. It's bold of Gaspari to include it and shows me that they put a ton of thought into a product that will really aid your "Gut Health".I'm really impressed with the contents and the thought put into this product. If I have any weird side effects of note I will come back and amend it, but right now I'm very happy with this product. It's loaded with good stuff to improve your G.I. system.

"Go with your Gut"... in recent times I've seen alot more news on importance of gut health...even the better understanding of brain cells in your gut (hence the phrase).So with increased emphasis on gut health combined with the fact that I have good luck with supplements (including improved blood tests), I was happy to use this Gaspari product. My thoughts:~~Does not require refrigeration. I'm not sure if this is a good thing because I usually see probiotics touting live cultures that require refrigeration. The expiration date on my bottle reads "Exp: 03/25".~~I have not heard of the Gaspari brand but my initial impression is good. Nice packaging, clear instructions, broad product line, all seems legit.~~Actual usage was fine for me. No adverse impacts that I can tell and maybe I grew a few more brain cells in my gut. Maybe my gut will become my dominant brain (hopefully not already).At current price of $30 for a bottle of 30 (serving size says 1), I rate 4-STARs in consideration of price/value/choices.

I took these for an entire month. I did not notice much of a change for me, but that could be just be me and my microbiome. The capsules are on the larger size, but I did not have any issues swallowing them. They did not cause any stomach or digestive problems.I had two issues with this product. One, some of the capsules were not filled all the way (see the picture). That may not make much of a difference but it gives the impression lower quality standards.The other issue I have is that the bottle comes with a proposition 65 warning of cancer and reproductive harm. I am aware that often that is due to some ingredient with minute quantities of lead or something and likely is nothing to worry about. But other probiotics that I have purchased do not contain the warning. If I have a choice, I prefer products that don't require that warning.I would like to be more regular and with everything (how shall we put this) looking well formed. Unfortunately, these capsules had no effect on me. They may work for others though.

Regular large capsules but easy enough to swallow as they are capsule form. I was thrilled to get these as I take the digestive enzymes like in a gas prevention pill as well as a digestive enzyme pill and also probiotics 20 billion CFU in 1 capsule and this has all of those things plus more in one pill even the herbs that help digestion like licorice! Amazing the serving size is one pill too as often you see after that you have to take four to get the benefits so this will last for two months on its own. So excited to use this instead of the four other pills that made up for it and so far no discomfort when taking it which makes sense as it has a balanced amount of fiber, herb, probiotics and digestive enzyme ingredients.

I added these to my pre- and probiotic regime as a way to help ballast my insides with the stress of being a 21st century human. So far, everything seems to be coming out OK, but I can't tell if that is related to this particular supplement or my others. I will say this - these things are so big!! I wouldn't mind except they're one of the biggest pills in my pill case, and that's saying a lot.

This supplement has a 13 strand probiotic blend, a digestive enzyme blend, a prebiotic blend, and an herbal gut support blend. The probiotic blend has 20 Billion CFU (colony forming units). The gut support blend includes licorice root extract. This is a nice synergestic blend that addresses several different gut/digestion issues. I have used other Gaspari products and found them to be high quality. I found this supplement helpful for IBS type issues.
