Loved the bag, it fits a ton of stuff and is easy to keep organized. I really appreciated the backpack straps, they made it easy to run around the airport with. Very functional and looks good too.I did buy miniature carabiner clips to help keep the side zips together based off of reviews of bags designed like this sometimes coming unzipped on the sides. Not sure if it would have been a problem otherwise, but the mini clips did prevent any issues for me.

Love this item..the material is great and light weight but quality leather material ( don't think it's real leather, but you can't tell) right now I am only using it for a two day trip and I travel a lot. I was able to fit 4 outfits on a hanger and a ton of room for make- up bags, 2 pairs of shoes and other odds and ends. Needless to say, I still have room to fit more. I think it will be perfect for spring and summer due to lightweight clothing.I am just assuming but winter might be less articles due to bulky sweaters and boots. you will prob still will be able to fit 4/5 outfits and 2 /3 pair shoes.

So I juts received my bag today & I was super excited. I went with the A2-black and the material is really nice. I love that you can lay this bag out & pack it up with hanger items then zip it up to create an actual duffle bag for more stuff. I like the fact that it has a shoe pocket & when you zip it into duffle mode it has clips to stay in place. The only issue I have so far is my bag unfortunately didn't come with an adjustable shoulder strap as it states it should have.Will update once it's been used more! Bought this for my upcoming international trip!

That this item was exactly what I needed. Just the right size. Not too small but not big and bulky. My 19 year old granddaughter loves it

The bag is nice and spacious but going thru the airport you will definitely need wheels. It was a struggle for me.

Absolutely love the compartments and how easy it is to take quite a bit of clothing and keep it all nice in a very organized manner that zips right up into a bag. It's the best thing ever

The media could not be loaded. I bought this bag as a Mother's Day gift and my mom was so excited for it when she opened it (she was going away for a weekend so we decided she should open it early) and as she was looking through all the features, the main zipper, the one that is supposed to close it all up so that it is considered a bag, would not zip. We were so bummed, thinking we broke it somehow, but after reviewing it we realized the zipper was either sewed wrong or was a poor quality zipper (though it is a beautiful looking zipper). So, we decided to have it replaced. Perhaps this particular bag had a defective zipper? We received our replacement within 2 days. That was impressive. Unfortunately, my mom had already left on her trip, so it was up to me to test the zipper and SURPRISE! The same issue occurred. I looked for the company's customer service information so that I can call them or email them about this issue as I didn't want continue having the bag replaced over and over, but I couldn't find one. Not here on Amazon or on their website. I have no choice but to have this product refunded. Such a shame too. It really is a beautiful bag with amazing quality leather and the other zippers worked just fine. It was the main zipper that did not work at all.
