Excellent.
Wanted to hurry up and write this as there were no reviews when I purchased it. I only just installed it a few hours ago, but so far there has been no issues whatsoever.I bought it to replace the horrific looking OEM one that came with my Nvidia RTX-3080 Ti Founder's Edition. Fits just fine and connected to my EVGA 1000 P6 without an issue.Will post a picture later if I can, it looks so much better.

if you have a founders edition card, it is worth it
It is much better quality than the included Nvidia adapter and so much less expensive ordering custom sleeved.

Gets the job done with any Nvidia founder edition card.
Does what it intends to do, creating a clean bridge between your graphics card and the PSU. If you are concern about the aesthetics and cable management of your PC, then this is a no brainer, as it gives more than enough length for any case size as it's basically an extension cord.Couple of things I didn't like, the length of this cable plus your own PCIE cables can be a problem if you are doing a small form factor PC. The actual cables are really stiff and hard to manipulate specially when tucking them inside the PSU compartment (but at 11 bucks, you gotta compromise so somewhere). I wished cooler master offered a direct connection between the GPU and the PSU for owners of their in house PSUs, kinda what Corsair does with their type 4 PSUs. Overall great product.
