I love drinking this before bed! I'm not a big caffeine drinker (except for when I work out) but I'm the type of person who can't seem to shut off their brain before bed. Between work and kids, my life is busy busy busy. A friend suggested I try this and I'm so glad I did! I've been drinking it for about two weeks right before bed and I see a huge difference in my ability to wind down and get to sleep. It's been a great nighttime ritual too!I've also noticed that my quality of sleep has improved. I can tell a difference in the mornings when I've taken my Super Calm. I feel more rested than when I don't take it. It also tastes great so that's a major plus. I will be purchasing again!

I'm the type of person that typically regrets having a coffee/caffeine after 4PM (but still find myself doing so too often) so I figured I'd give this Vitalize mix a try. Big fan of the packaging and that comes in individual portions that I can bring to work or just leave in my backpack. So far I've been taking them in the evening after a stressful day of work and exercise to help me relax before bedtime. It doesn't make me drowsy but has helped calm the mind so i can enjoy a nice book and not worry about this week's upcoming stresses. On top of that, I think it tastes great. No added sugar is a plus! Will definitely grab another pack.

It does what they claim! It takes away that super anxious/jittery feeling you get after you've had some coffee. I love that coffee wakes me up - and I'm kiiinda addicted to it, so it's a difficult habit to break. But until I'm ready to take that step and let it go, in the meantime, I rely on this product to help alleviate the bad side effects of anxiety (almost to the point of a panicky feeling) and jitters. Vitalize Super Calm combats those effects quite well.Only thing is--it's pretty pricey, and I'm a repeat customer...so it adds up quickly! :/ $40 is a lot - especially when I go through a package or more a month. I would prefer if it were more like $30-. Other than that, it's a great product. ;)

So this is for the 20 count pack. Each pouch is to mix with just 8oz of water. So, by volume, this is way more expensive than the shipped-as-a-drink beverages with similar or better affects.Didn't taste bad; kinda like a pixi-stick kind of flavor.As for the affects of the mixed drink; they are mild at best. I've had far better responses from other drinks with similar ingredients.Powder doesn't mix the best into cold water- if you can, mix into warm water then refrigerate for 2 hours before enjoying.Won't buy again, but will finish the pack.

This is a great product! Occasionally when I consume caffeine I will notice a tightness in my chest and general anxiety. SuperCalm takes the edge right off. The product works quickly to calm and relax my body. The product also works when I take it for non-caffeine related anxiety. Works for both!

Flavor is ok. I’m indifferent to the flavor but do enjoy the sense of calming that it brings. While I thought it might be a placebo effect, I can say now it is not. During a busy day, I mixed a packed with my water and in my business completely forgot that I had. I have other water flavor packets and thought it was one of them until I suddenly just felt a wave of calmness and remembered it was one of these calm packets. I don’t think it will make you sleepy, just calm.

Saw this and thought I would give it a shot. I am not a big caffeine drinker but I have found that this is the perfect thing to wind down at the end of the day. I started taking this just before bed and I feel like I have never slept so soundly! What caught my eye about this drink is the magnesium which is a natural relaxant. The other stuff must work too because this stuff makes me sleep like a rock. I would highly recommend you give it a shot.
