Poor customer service
Had issues right off the bat, they sent 2 replacement parts to get the jack working correctly, and it worked about 4 times, now it won't even go up. I have been trying to get them to call me, but keep getting replies saying they are working on a remedy, but that's been @ 3-4 weeks, with no call, no replacement, nothing.... sad, because we really needed this jack, and it is a huge useless paperweight sitting in our shop right now......
