Best Budget Trampoline
I wanted a trampoline for my 6 year old daughter.Spring-free trampolines weren’t in my budget so I spent many hours researching different brands before settling on this one for my six year old daughter.PACKAGING: Everything came organized in the box with easy to understand instructions. It’s a heavy package that definitely takes two people to move, which is something to consider if you’re trying to keep it hidden.ASSEMBLY: This is a two person project but it does not take long and it is not difficult. The spring tool that is included makes it relatively easy regardless of your size and strength.I organized the pieces on the ground before beginning. We were expecting this to take the better part of a day but it was finished in 90 minutes. It includes all of the necessary tools but a drill helps to secure everything a bit tighter.TRAMPOLINE: The springs sit outside of the net, which is important since the net should be designed to not only prevent accidental falls but also spring injuries. The closure for the net is solid. It includes a zipper that closes from the inside as well as buckles that snap together. The bars sit outside of the springs, which is another safety design since falling into a bar first could lead to an injury. The springs are covered with a very thick piece of waterproof fabric that ties securely over the springs. This protects the springs from weather elements while the padding adds a layer of protection for the kiddos. If a spring has to be replaced, it would be easy to get to it and then recover them. The jump area is a thick and durable fabric that bounces easily without feeling like you’ll fall through. The trampoline includes stakes but they are fairly small. I plan on purchasing additional ones for storms with higher winds.SIZE: I purchased the 10 ft trampoline which is great for 2 children or 3 little ones. I was able to get in and jump with my 6 year old without any problems. If you have 2 or more kids, I’d opt for a bigger one. It’s only been assembled for 10 days now but so far it’s proven to be a really great choice in terms of budget, assembly, safety, and overall quality. I’m looking forward to adding some LED lights for night time jumps.

Quality product/ Excellent customer service
Buy this one you won't regret it! This is an awesome quality trampoline and customer service is top notch.. We held out for a couple years when our kids started asking to see if it was just a phase. It's just that you see everyone trying to give away and old rusty trampoline all the time and everyone told us "once you have one they'll never use it, they weather quickly, bad investment since it doesnt last"- Wrong. Purchased as a christmas gift 2022, setup june 2023 a now its year later so offering a thorough review here. The quality is awesome, the powdered finish on the metal rods really helped with any signs of weathering, rust etc. after a full year of unforgiving PA weather it still looks brand new..no sun fading either and we purchased solid black. The reason for my customer service review- we had ours setup for about 2 months last sunmer and a massive storm came through. A huge section of our neighbors tree fell directly on the trampoline. The size of the tree could have easily crushed anything in its path. It landed directly on the net in between 2 of the poles and the net actually held the tree up off the ground !! The netting itself sustained no damage as in tears etc, but due to the weight of the tree the upper curved poles did bend inward and one of the fiberglass rods broke that slides in the top of the net ( it had direct contact on impact so im not suprised). Talk about a strong quality made product!!! My 1st thought was ( well, other than being furious because it was brand new and this wasnt the 1st time we had issues with this tree that isnt ours) but if it can hold a huge tree off the ground we'll ok thats actually great I'm now 100% sure it will hold my kids inside when thry are flipping around!!! We waited all summer but our neighbor failed to follow through on promise of replacement - it wasn't that huge of a deal once the tree was cleared we bent the poles backward & made it work for the remaining usable months last year- the shape of net didn't look pretty and tight because but other than that it still appeared and functioned like new. Fast forward to this spring- we started looking into purchasing a whole new trampoline ( still jumpzylla of course) - to my suprise you can buy replacement pieces Jumpzylla has a catalog on their website you can choose piece by piece and they are reasonably priced too. However, I was not able to locate 1 item- the fiberglass rod that slides in the top of the net between the poles. So I reached out to their customer service team before buying an alternate name brand replacement ( mind you this is a year later) 1. For claims that say customer service doesn't respond - they do!! and very quickly via email. 2. I explained the situation : needed to buy a replacement fiberglass rod not available in the catalog etc etc and the reason why. They asked some questions about how the damage happened & what pieces were ruined. I was very upfront with the fact we purchased in December 2022 and its now June 2024, I sent a few photos of the damaged parts, the tree that fell on it and within 2 days ( 3 emails later) they shipped me all the pieces and covered it under warranty!!! If that's not superb customer service- and not even just because it was free but because they communicated in a timely fashion and were more than willing to help ( It was only supposed to be a 1 year warranty) ok- a couple pointers1. In the late fall ( october-ish) we did remove the upper pieces of the trampoline ( padding over springs, mat, springs, padded poles) to store for the winter we figured this would help with longevity it doesnt take long to put the upper portion back on.2. The net section can be a little tricky to lace on initial setup the directions really dont explain how much tension but avoid making it super tight or you will run out of string halfway around the trampoline and have to unlace it and start all over ( its a pain in the butt) , be sure that you see a small gap between the loops and the net.the net shoukd not be flush with the trampoline mat. I'd safely say leave a 1 inch gap.3. I do agree with the review I read about the fiberglass rods being a pain to get in because they have no " give" they are really hard and you will need 2 people for this more than any other step in my opinion- you have to try to bend a solid rod to a slight curve to slide it in the holes between 2 t connectors on each section at the top of the net- However, after seeing a tree fall on the trampoline I can appreciate the fact that these are has hard as they are and the fact the net is so durable too.

Awesome customer service
Easy to assemble. Owned for over a year and we had a couple of the poles get bent for the net. Reached out to the seller and they sent me new poles, great customer service and quality product.

Poor design/major safety issues
I did a lot of research before purchasing this trampoline and really had high hopes based on the features and price point. Unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. The main issue is with the safety net — it’s held up by rods at the top, but those rods constantly fall out. No matter how carefully I try to secure them, they pop out every time the kids get on and start jumping. It’s not just annoying, it’s a safety concern. To make things worse, one of the screws didn’t fit properly into the pole during assembly. Because of that, one of the poles holding up the net is completely loose and unstable. For the amount we paid, I expected better quality and durability. It’s disappointing to spend time researching and assembling only to deal with ongoing issues that affect both the safety and overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this particular model unless the design is improved.

Excellent customer service and trampoline.
I ordered this trampoline December of 2022. It has been one of the most used toys at our house. Our daughter and her friends love it. The quality of this trampoline has been great. It is outside year around and we have had zero issues with it until spring of 2025. The net and the padding that lays over the springs finally started to show signs of weathering and the ties to the net had ripped. I contacted the company and with a quick response they were able to help. They provided us with replacement parts almost immediately. I would highly reccomend this trampoline based on our experience.
