And that's why you should have ordered this already. Power Yoga and Yoga Burn are the two main stars here. I'm not sure if his hip opening routine is included somewhere in this bunch as it's on "Advanced Yoga", but that 22 minute routine will get you on the fast track to full lotus. He seems to have a few beginner classes as well, which is great if you're 350 lbs and looking for a way to not be. But switch over to Power Yoga, ASAP. Once you have the form down, it's just 1 hour of straight up anerobic hell that you can modify to make even harder. Speaking from personal experience, his routines and common sense calorie in / calorie out logic has already gotten my weight down to 175 once before. Got fat again. Said no at 270. Roughly 3 months later I'm currently at 235, strong as hell, and no plateaus in sight. And I am doing it at lazy speed, as is my want. Planning to add lifting into my routine to be in beach body form just in time to stay inside and play video games all Summer long. But I'll at least have the option to be on the hunt for some all-night bang sessions. Oh, and to continue not dying is up there on the priority list somewhere. Do not order this product they will send you the complete series of the show "House". Rodney Yee is good but this is not his product being sold/shipped
